Cabina de montaña para familias

Venga a disfrutar del verano en el bosque! Nuestra casa cómoda y acogedora se encuentra a solo 7 minutos de Lake Arrowhead Village, con muchas tiendas y restaurantes para disfrutar. Tenemos Membresías de Club de Playa en Tavern's Bay y Burnt Mill Beach Clubs para que pueda disfrutar de la natación en el lago, tomar el sol y pescar a solo unos minutos de distancia. Si disfruta de la aventura, puede tomar clases de esquí acuático en Lake Arrowhead o visitar el cercano Skypark en Santa Village. El lago Gregory con su épico parque acuático está a solo 20 minutos.

Nuestra casa renovada cuenta con muebles modernos y ha sido recientemente pintada por dentro y por fuera. Hay televisores ubicados en el Master Loft y en la planta baja en la sala familiar. Hay tres habitaciones. En el piso principal: (1) Habitación con cama de matrimonio con capacidad para dos personas, (2) Habitación con literas con capacidad para cuatro personas con una cama completa y dos camas individuales. En la planta superior se encuentra el dormitorio principal Loft, que tiene capacidad para dos personas con su propio baño, vestidor y una lujosa cama King + ¡una hermosa vista de los pinos y secoyas!

La sala de estar del piso principal está diseñada para disfrutar de las magníficas vistas del bosque, mientras que la espaciosa sala familiar en la planta baja con amplios asientos es el lugar perfecto para descansar, ver la televisión y jugar futbolín y juegos de mesa. Tenemos internet de alta velocidad. Hay 2 plazas de aparcamiento en nuestra calzada.

Never doing big bear again when there’s this wonderful cozy cabin in Arrowhead. We got rained out all weekend, but this cabin was all we needed for a little retreat. The owner wasn’t kidding when she said to pack light. This place had everything. Not only was everything working, but everything provided was of great quality. You can really tell the owners put heart and soul into their property. Can’t thank them enough for their hospitality.

Perfect home for family fun and relaxation

My family and I really enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. The house was clean and super comfortable- not to mention close to Arrowhead Village and Santa’s Villag. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful quiet property

Had the privilege of celebrating my daughter’s 11th birthday in a this beautiful cabin. Everything was perfect. Amazing location, views were spectacular, neighborhood was nice and quiet. If you’re looking for a getaway from the world this place, definitely would recommend.

Peaceful retreat in the woods.

We took our three kids to Lake Arrowhead and stayed 3 nights. Lots of room with multiple living areas. Owner was responsive and friendly. We would rent here again.

Cute Home with everything you need

It was a lovely home for 2 families with kids. The game room was perfect for the kids and the open kitchen and living room with a fireplace a great place for the adults. Everything was homey, cute decor and clean comfy beds. Would recommend.

PERFECT GETAWAY

This was an ideal place to stay for a family getaway. The property was easy to locate and close to everything we needed. Every amenity we needed was provided (even some snow!). The property was very clean on arrival with towels, linens, bathroom and shower items provided. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here again for a summer season stay.

Fantastic, clean cabin

Little heaven on earth

We loved our stay here.... very clean, beds were comfy and it had all the amenities we needed! Cozy fireplace and great outdoor deck.... very charming cottage feel and the scenery out back is gorgeous! We had lunch on the balcony overlooking the trees every day! Our host was very responsive and accommodating! Would def recommend this again!

Beautiful Cabin!

We came for a quick get away. It was so beautiful and peaceful. We have stayed in several cabins before, and this was the most well-stocked cabin we've stayed in. They had everything in the kitchen that we needed! And the cabin was so clean. It is a 5 minute drive to the Village, fishing, and the beach. Perfect!

Relaxing, well-appointed, beautiful home

We have stayed at this property four times over the past several years and always have a great time. It’s such a wonderful house with everything you need. It’s always clean, the beds are comfortable, it’s quiet and there’s lots of different spaces to hang out. The downstairs bonus room is awesome. There’s plenty of space for a family with lots of games, etc. We’ve enjoyed this house as a couple as well as with our kids and grandkids.

We were traveling for an extended period of time and decided to escape the expense and traffic of LA for the mountains. It was exactly what we needed. The cabin was great and as advertised. Perfect for our family of five. The proximity to Arrowhead Village and nice market in Cedar Glen was convenient. The owners have the cabin furnished with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. They were extremely responsive to our messages. Rent the cabin and you won't be disappointed.

Would definitely book again

Check in was easy. The cabin is gorgeous and well decorated. Love the no shoes rule and that they have slippers ready for people to use. There is a TV in the game/living room and the loft room. 3 bathrooms and ample space to hang out. We were out most of the time and didn’t get to enjoy the cabin as much as we would have liked to. Very close to the village.

Home away from home (cheesy, I know)

I can’t say enough about our stay. The cabin home was very well kept. I felt it had a home away from home feel because it was comfortable. You actually want to sit on the couches and sleep on the beds! Some vacation rentals have a nice look and amenities, but not very comfortable chairs and mattresses. This one seemed to have it all. The owner was quick to respond and communicated everything we needed. Don’t be hesitant; book this property!

Wonderful cabin in the woods!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! The beds were extremely comfortable and I loved the decor. The owner was helpful and recommended a couple wonderful and fun restaurants, as well as a beautiful hike following a little creek. I wasn’t expecting how difficult it was to get to the water at Lake Arrowhead. There’s not much room for fishing or swimming since it seems like every inch is covered by a dock. Instead, we drove about 15 mins to Lake Gregory, which was perfect for the kids. The whole trip was wonderful and we would go back in a heartbeat!

amazing place

we had an amazing time staying at this property, very clean and cozy. we loved just to sit by the fireplace while kids were playing downstairs and adult play downstairs while kids were sleeping upstairs :). not too far from lake and very cute village where you can walk around. I should mention that Jennifer was extremely accommodating and very patient toward my concerns and questions. she notified me about whether and possible power outage which never happened but it was very kind of her to do that. neighbors are very friendly and welcomed us, we also had nice walk around the cabin and collect few giant pine cone. will definitely consider this place to visit again.

Peaceful, Family fun cabin

My family and I stayed up there for six days and simply put it was amazing. Close to stores restaurants and the lake. The amenities were amazing I have never experienced so many items in the kitchen. The Bluetooth speakers located in the house for amazing, the beds were amazing everything was so clean and so well put together. I would definitely be staying at this location again in the future. Jennifer Ono, thank you so much for letting us stay there, your communication with me what's fast every time I send a message. Your neighbors are wonderful I love Linda she was really kind. The neighborhood was beautiful we really had a great time walking around, had a deer come through the property, my kids freaked out LOL they loved it. We will definitely be staying again thank you so much five stars hands down

Great mountain getaway

We were looking for a nice place to spend a long weekend, and the Mohawk house was great for us. The game room in the basement was perfect for late nights (to not wake the kids) or early mornings (to not wake the adults). Kitchen, living room and porch were all picturesque and exactly as expected. Had to do some work/school while we were there, and the wifi worked reliably and the basement is a great location for privacy. The only slight downside is the process for "taking out the trash", 10-15 minutes away, but if you order pizza at LouEddie's on the way, you can pick it up coming back, and that pizza is the best in the area! Overall the communication was very good, everything worked and looked as expected, and we really enjoyed living in the mountains for a few days! We would definitely come back here if we ever wanted to come back.

As far as the trash we found a solution! For almost all short term rentals the process is to take the trash to a drop off location, but we have now bought an installed a permanent bear-proof trash container at our property, so no more drop offs! This will be much more convenient and we welcome you back to see for yourself :)

Perfect place to stay

Dear Jennifer, We had a wonderful time in your cabin! We loved the master bedroom loft which was so comfortable and the large family room downstairs! My grandchildren ages 11, 14 & 19 spent a lot of time down there watching movies NetFlix, You Tube, and played with the games and foosball all weekend! We loved the beautiful view of the trees off the deck and the peace and quiet of the nieghborhood...... We sat out there each morning sipping our coffee and taking it all in. Lastly, the windows in the living from the floor to the ceiling are beautiful and the view from inside was amazing! I would recommend your cabin to any family looking for a place to stay. We took advantage of your Lake membership and enjoyed the lake too! Your cabin was clean and everything was perfect! Thanks again for the early check-in! We really appreciate it! My grandchildren didn't want to leave on Sunday because they had a blast all weekend! We will stay longer next time.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cedar Glen cabin; however, the parking was horrible. It's a very steep incline that you need to back into, otherwise, you would need to back out up hill and blindly into the street. Given the guests pay a pretty penny for professional cleaning, I would have appreciated the cob webs be removed. There were also 5 spiders throughout the home that needed to be dealt with. It was nice to have all of the kitchen amenities, the games, and an area to hang out downstairs. I would not pay the same amount to stay here again. Also...renter's need to know ahead of time that they cannot access the lake...owner's only. Renter's also have to fill out a request to hike on the trails and pay a daily per person fee. This is a key factor during warmer months.

We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay at our cabin. We try our best to have all the amenities you would need or want. You are right about our driveway, it is steep. We did include pictures of this in our listing so it hopefully isn't a surprise for our guests. We are looking into redoing our driveway but that will take some time. In regards to the lake being private we also do our best to make that very clear in the listing as well, this is unfortunate and we do our best to make this clear as well. This is the case with all short term rentals in the area. Lastly we are sorry to hear about the spiders and cobwebs. Our cleaners are very diligent and those little critters seem to be much more prevalent in the mountain area then down the hill. Our housecleaners are very thorough as many renters have mentioned in previous listings, but I will of course mention this to them. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts so we can work to improve.

Beautiful, cozy, and relaxing family retreat!

We loved our stay at this property over Thanksgiving 2022. Smooth check-in process and a lovely, clean house with everything we could ask for. The grandparents were able to relax and the 7-yr-old loved the game closet downstairs. 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a cabin weekend retreat.
