About this property

Welcome to your home in the City. This is a studio apt ie a room and a kitchenette and bathroom all having whatever you need during your stay, located in the best corner in the center of city life but quite at the same time and close to public transportation and attractions and sights. If you ask where the heart of the city in Istanbul is, you will get Beyoglu ( Pera) as a response. In Beyoglu, Cihangir is the most convenient and safe location for a foreigner. Nevertheless it is the most lively and sociable location for every age.

Our flat is a renovated historical Greek apt on ground floor, between Cihangir and Cukurcuma. It is easy to come and find.

The flat is:
- one room with a double bed, chairs and small table.
- a kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, and all basics
- a bathroom with hairdryer
- limitless wi-fi internet included
- bed sheets and towels included
- heating and hot water with combi boiler
- utilities (gas, water, electricity) are included in the price
- Laundry room built ( in the building).
The neighborhood is 24 hours alive and safe. It has many narrow streets, a park, and street cafes. Cihangir is where Istanbul nightlife's heart beats.

5min. to Taksim Square, 5min. to İstiklal Street, 5min. to Bosphorus, 3min to Bosphorus view by walk. 5min. to metro(underground), 5min. to train, 5min. to bus station, 5min. to Sultanahmet (Grand Bazaar, Topkapı Palace, Hagia Sophia, ETC.) by train.

Restaurants, cafes, pubs, super markets, sport centres, hospital, pharmacy and taxi stop are nearby our place. The apartment is very close to art galleries and museums.
