The rental was simply fabulous! Everything is pictured exactly how it looked in person. Everything was exceptionally clean and the host was very quick to communicate about any questions I had about the place and area. Easily situated in the city, close to everything. Great Unique Place in the Heart of Florence!

The property is so cute and functional. Three adults stayed for 4 days. The location is perfect! Ardita made the entire process so easy! We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment in the city center of Florence. It was just right size for our family of four and had everything we needed for our stay. Many cafe's nearby and grocery store only a couple blocks away. Ardita was a gracious host and was very quick to respond when there was a question. I would recomend this apartment to others.

Excellent apartment and location!

Overall excellent venue! Ardita was very accommodating and thorough on check-in. Everything was well prepared and the location was great. We enjoyed the Condotta Cafe right below every morning and the staff were very enjoyable and friendly. We really enjoyed the home!

The apartment was in a good location. There was 5 of us and did not realize it had one bathroom because my search was for 2 bathrooms. But we managed. A little noisey at night for us but because we walked a lot we were tired.

This was a beautiful apartment, the arched ceilings were beautiful. Of note doors are low one of our party was 6 6’ and he had to duck thru the doors. There is some noise from the cafe downstairs, and street traffic but earplugs solve that. Beds are comfortable, air conditioning works well (important in summer as it can get hot). Ardita was a lovely host. Highly recommend this apartment

Wonderful and convenient apartment

We were thrilled with our stay at Condotta House. It was perfect for our purposes! We did not spend much time in the apartment, as we were exploring Florence all day. The location was PERFECT and the beds were very comfortable! We appreciated that the unit was up only 1 flight of stairs and loved the coffee and pastries in the shop directly below. Our host Ardita was lovely and provided excellent communication. We would be thrilled to stay there again during our next visit to Florence.

Location! Location! Location!

This is a fantastic apartment centrally located to all of the places we wanted to visit! The host Ardita was magnificent! She sent detailed information about the apartment, with things to do and logistics for getting to and from the apartment. She met us at check in and communicated throughout our stay! Our bedrooms overlooked a bustling area, and it was fun to open our windows and look down to see the musicians and people wandering through. The coffee shop below was great in the morning before we headed out for our day.

Great location for exploring Florence!

Apartment is very clean and recently renovated. Beds are comfortable and 3 bedrooms makes it a great choice for the family of 4 with adult kids. Location is great. Please note that it’s 2nd floor by US standards with pretty steep steps, it was not problematic for us, but I would not recommend it for people with physical limitations. Apartment gets a bit noisy during the day and until cafe downstairs is closed. Thank you again to Ardita, who made our stay very pleasant!

It's a great little spot for a stay in the heart of historic Florence. Close to everything. The host was terrific and the rental was really well done. As others have mentioned, you are on a busy street above a cafe so there is some street noise. You also have to be smart with hot water usage as it's limited. But we were a party of four and we made it work just fine. Definitely recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

In the middle of everything

Grown children and spouse. Very convenient to all sights and a quaint cafe on the first floor. Only drawback is the noice of a constant subwoofers in the cafe - constant, and the street got loud after bars close. But they gotta be young just live we were. The apartment was spotless clean, small but very adequate for those there to sight see. Ardita was all pro and very responsive.

Amazing Florence Visit!

We enjoyed an amazing stay at Condotta House in Florence. The home is charming, very clean, and in a fantastic location between the Duomo and Political Center - right in the heart of it all! Communication was exceptional before and during our visit. Ardita met us at the house to check in and provided local recommendations. She also helped arrange for an early morning taxi to the airport. We highly recommend this home and would certainly return again.

Excellent Location and Warm, Friendly Service!

We had the amazing opportunity to stay at Condotta House in May 2024. Ardita, our host, not only met us when we arrived, she communicated with our driver when he was lost, personally introduced us to each room in the apartment when we finally arrived, and even helped arrange our taxi's when it was time to depart!! The location was perfect for walking to every location in the heart of Florence. One very special feature was a bedside lamp that included wireless charging for our phones - next to each bed in the apartment!! We enjoyed every moment of our stay and highly recommend. We would and will return!

Amazing location, exceptional property

Our stay in Florence was wonderful. From the beginning, the host was extremely communicative and helpful. They met us at the property when we arrived, walked us through everything in person, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with the space and how everything worked. It was a thoughtful touch that made a big difference.The location was excellent. We were able to walk to all the major sights, and there were great restaurants, shops, and cafes just around the corner. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city.The property itself was spotless and well cared for. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the amenities were just what we needed. From comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen to reliable WiFi and air conditioning, we had everything we could ask for.Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely stay here again.
