7 Night Minimum Stay.
This modern condo is available weekly and now booking summer season 2023! Hurry to choose your prime weeks now!! Very quiet location with only 4 units in this building, no one above or below and is within walking distance to the beach and close to the pool and clubhouse. The condo has a spacious living and dining area, with a custom Ikea kitchen fully equipped with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc.. There are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning on the second floor, one with a queen size bed and one with a queen and bunkbeds. It has 1.5 baths, includes all linens and has a washer/dryer in unit, sunny front porch and large rear deck with a gas grill overlooking a pond with a soothing fountain. Ocean Park Meadows is a well maintained community of 94 units in a 10 acre park-like setting with mature trees, ponds and only steps from seven miles of sandy beach. Amenities feature tennis courts, clubhouse with kitchen, function room, fitness center, saunas, and an outdoor swimming pool (saline). Take a stroll into Ocean Park Village with community events, art shows in the park, the ice cream/breakfast spot and quaint shops or walk just one mile to the Old Orchard Beach Pier and Palace Play-land area where amusement rides, arcades, restaurants, shops and night life await! Sorry, NO PETS are allowed by per association rules. There is no smoking in the condo.

Great place to stay!

This house was perfect for my husband, 16 month old and myself. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The shower had great pressure and having laundry was a big help. The neighborhood was very nice, pool was clean and right across the parking lot. The 2 ponds on the property were great to walk around. The walk to the beach was about 2 blocks and far enough from the pier the beach wasn’t too busy. It was a little bit of a hike to the pier with a 1 year old but in a few years it won’t be a problem. Ocean park is a shorter walk in the other direction with cute shops. Scott and Maria were very easy to get ahold of and had beach items that were super helpful to have and cut down on what we needed to bring. We would highly recommend this house

We had a great time. Scott and Maria communicated really well with us before check in. They let us check in a little early which was very generous. They also let us use all their beach gear which really came in handy. Everything was clean and nice. We would definitely stay in this condo again.
