What was once a sleepy little fishing village in Mexico is now a very much desired vacation get-a-way. Sun filled with relaxing sandy beaches, shopping, nightlife, and some of the best restaurants Mexico has to offer. What this vacation property will offer you is an exceptionally clean, 2 bedroom condo with an open living plan along with your own private balcony. Step out onto the balcony with views of the village/park below and the Banderas Bay/Pacific Ocean just two blocks away. Just imagine having your morning cup of coffee sitting there while soaking up Puerto Vallarta's warm sunshine. You'll certainly forget all about the cold weather you've left behind. Upgraded designer finishes await your arrival. Extra large master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom that has an extra large walk in shower. Additional queen bed in the second bedroom. This unit has 3 separate air conditioning units so each room and the living room can be adjusted to each person's taste. The property amenities include a stunning (fully updated in 2021) rooftop 25 mtr salt water infinity lap pool, fully equipped gym/fitness center, in unit extra large front load washer and dryer, beautifully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and everything you need to prepare a meal if you enjoy cooking. The condo is fully furnished with plenty of room for relaxation and entertaining. Sliding doors to the balcony open completely for those who enjoy the feel of indoor/outdoor living that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. This property is in a secure building that includes front desk person 24/7. If you have a vehicle, the unit also has a secure underground parking space included. For adventure seekers, there are many activities (Zip lining, horseback riding, para sailing, fishing, and day sailing trips) offered in Puerto Vallarta. The beautiful Puerto Vallarta Malecon and Los Muertos Pier are only a few short blocks from the building. The entire building has filtered water so no problem drinking fresh water from the tap or the refrigerator/icemaker. This also makes for soft soothing water while showering. Unit also has two LCD Flat screen TVs with Amazon Firesticks (American and Candian channels available), Blue Ray DVD player, WiFi. Although masks are not required in PV, I still include complementary KN-95 masks and hand sanitizer bottles and packets in case you need/want them.

Wonderful stay

The location is amazing! The condo was so comfortable and the balcony pool was so beautiful! We had so much fun. Everything you need is so close so we walked everywhere.

Great Stay at David's Place

We enjoyed our stay enormously . David was a very accomodating host and has a lovely condo. The condo is is a great location at the Park as street noise is negligible. We plan to return next winter!

Unit pictures do not do justice to the space, it's brighter and more modern that the pictures suggest. Right in the middle of Zona Romantica, tons of restaurants and cantinas nearby. No hill climbing required, which is a BIG plus in Zona Romantica. I'll be back.

Our host was very thoughtful in the way he provided everything we might need during our stay. We were very comfortable. The place is spacious and attractive. The location is party central, so it is best for people who enjoy the nightlife. The rooftop pool is wonderful! Great views and very comfortable layout if chairs, etc.

Lovely condo, Great communication with host!

David provides pleasant accommodations, helped with any questions, and was a very pleasant host. Quiet condo, comfortable accommodations, a grocery store in the base of the building, with everything that you would need.! Nice pool deck on the roof! Close to clubs, restaurants, beach, and the park across the street! Thank you for a lovely stay in your condo!

Great time!

Very tastefully furnished... both the beds AND the sofas were some of the most comfortable ones I've encountered. Great construction. While in a rather noisy neighborhood (lots of clubs, bars), the soundproofing was exceptional. Never heard a thing after closing bedroom doors. The location couldnt be better as well

The best!!

Our second time here and won't be our last. David is a great host and communicates very quickly. The unit is also the best...clean, comfortable, attractive. The pool on the top is an extra bonus and the neighborhood is so perfect---just across from the park, where the Saturday market is held and accessible to so many restaurants within walking distance---only two block from you toes in the sand. As much as we love the neighborhood, it's a noisyish one---but close the magic sliding door and every bit of noise disappears. Can't wait to be back again next time we visit. Thanks David!!

Very comfortable, great location. The second bedroom is more like a den, very small with no closet or dresser, which wasn’t clear to me from the posting. That said, we made it work. The owner was excellent. Good communication and he ensured all our needs were met. The rooftop pool and lounge area is fabulous. Highly recommended.

Great condo at a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was great, located just one block away from all the main gay bars as well as the beach. The market on ground level was invaluable for quick access to groceries, and good restaurants were a short walk in all directions. Loved the rooftop pool (with bar service) and its stunning view. Despite being close to all the late night bar noise, the bedroom doors silenced it with incredible efficacy. Anyone coming to PV would be happy to stay here I think.

Beautiful property and perfect location

We loved our stay here. The condo is beautiful, clean, and comfy. Whether we were napping on the sofa, drinking our morning keurig on the balcony, or watching the sunset from the balcony or the AMAZING rooftop pool, we were relaxed, comfortable, and got the R&R we needed. The support from the property manager and the building staff was second to none. And, of course, the location is perfect as you are walking distance to the best beach locations and best restaurants (and bars if that is your thing). I saw people say you could hear the street noise from the unit, but, from the bedroom we heard nothing as we slept at night even with the balcony door open (which does keep out a lot of street noise, but leaving it open allowed the ocean air to flow through the unit). We would DEFINITELY return and stay here.

Great Location

My Husband and I picked the Park as our go to place for our annual visit to PV this year. We go every year on his birthday, and we’ve stayed in everything from an all inclusive, to a basic Hotel. You can’t beat this option, although we never cooked, we could have easily, as it has a fully stocked kitchen - and much more room than you’ll ever get with an all inclusive, or a hotel, and it has a washer and drier, and both worked quite nicely - we like coming home with clean clothes. We were very pleased with the location, and the quality of the Unit - It’s in the Heart of the Old Town section of Puerto Vallarta, the Zona Romantica, and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. There’s a roof top pool - with a view of the City and the Ocean, which we enjoyed on several occasions, after being out and about for the day. It was nice to unwind and chat with other guests and enjoy the views and the amazing infinity pool. The building is secure, you need a key card to enter the building, and once inside you feel very safe. If you do travel out. There are literally dozens of places to eat and things to see and do near by. You’ll never need a Taxi - unless you’re planning a trip out of the area - it’s all right here Come and enjoy yourself - we sure plan to be back next year. And we’ll likely stay at the same place. The owner, Dave, was very helpful - and on site for part of the time we were there. Terrific guy, we hope to see him again on a future visit.

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again. Beautiful condo in a great location with everything you could possibly need close by and walking distance to lots of choices of restaurants, shopping, markets. The Saturday Market is fantastic in the square. If you are enjoy clubs there are plenty close by, but we enjoyed the music from the balcony. The condo is well equipped with everything you could possibly need and we hope we can stay again next season. Cheers!
