This room opens up to a terrace. Additionally, there are four bedrooms: one 15 square meter room with a panoramic window and a dressing area containing a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), a shower, and electric shutters, with access to the terrace facing south and east; another 10 square meter room with a dressing area housing two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and a bathroom; a third 15 square meter room on the lower ground floor (accessible by a spiral staircase) with a panoramic window, a dressing area with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), a bathroom, and electric shutters, opening to the terrace facing south and east; and a fourth 15 square meter room, also on the lower ground floor, with a panoramic window, a dressing area containing a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a bathroom, and electric shutters, with access to the terrace facing south and east.
