Mill Creek Court Condos 100 Yards From Gondola One! Penthouse Condo
Mill Creek Court Condos are located just 100 yards to Gondola One in Vail Village. You cannot be much closer to all the amenities in Vail Village than this.
This three bedroom two bath suite features 1450 square feet of living space on one level with vaulted ceiling in the living room and spectacular mountain views. The bedrooms are set up as a king in the master; and two twins in each of the other two. There is also a full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $250 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning. There is no elevator access to this unit.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.
NOTICE: THE TOWN OF VAIL HAS PROPOSED A TAX INCREASE MEASURE THAT WILL BE ON THE BALLOT NOVEMBER 2025. IF PASSED THIS WILL INCREASE TAXES ON SHORT TERM RENTALS BY 6% FOR RESERVATIONS ARRIVING OR IN HOUSE AFTER JAN 1 2026. IF PASSED, ALL RESERVATIONS WOULD BE SUBJECT TO THE NEW INCREASED TAX RATE
