COUNTRY ELEGANCE se encuentra en las montañas Blue Ridge de Carolina del Norte, cerca de West Jefferson y junto al río New River con acceso al río, y se ubica al final de la carretera en 7 acres y se une a State Park Property. Ofrece 5 habitaciones, 3 baños completos.

Nivel principal:
Esta casa lujosamente amueblada ofrece pisos de madera en todas partes. El gran salón cuenta con una chimenea de piedra de piso a techo con registros de gas, Wi-Fi gratis, TV inteligente grande con sonido envolvente y DVD de Blueray. Afuera, disfrute de las vistas de la montaña desde la cubierta abierta con mesas de picnic o cubierta cubierta con asientos. Salga a través del patio y disfrute de la chimenea al aire libre y la chimenea de leña. Leña con mucho gusto siempre. Camine por el camino a un estanque privado en la propiedad. Atrapar y soltar solo por favor. De regreso a la entrada de la comunidad, disfrute del acceso comunitario al río en la glorieta O en la entrada de la comunidad en el acceso al río Kings Creek State Park con casa de baños. Al otro lado de la calle está River Camp USA, que ofrece una pequeña tienda y kayaks y tubos.

Mountain retreat

This is a well-maintained and beautifully situated property. The porch is a lovely place to gather and has a spectacular view. The fire pit and seating area were perfect for a cool fall weekend. The house has lots of room for a good-sized group.

Perfect Mountain River Getaway

We absolutely loved the house. The metal art and decor was amazing. The hummingbird feeders kept me mesmerized watching all the humminbirds. The patio/firepit area was perfect in the evenings and the community river access was perfect for spending hours floating on the river each day. It was just was I wanted for my birthday weekend and we highly recommend this house and location!

Wonderful Family Cabin

The cabin is incredibly well kept and absolutely stunning. It’s located in a perfect area just far enough from town that you are truly separated but also can have some great day trips into town. There are some things I would have loved to have more access too even if i had to sign waivers or something but overall I am extremely happy with the house itself and the property management company that runs it. I would 100% stay there again in the future and recommend people to stay there.

Great Location and Lots of Space

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! We had three families and were able to put each family on their own floor (upstairs, main, basement). The main floor was perfect for those in your family that need to stay on one level. The house was well decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. Close to the river and shopping. Beautiful porch and great fire pit. We would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Escape

The cabin was decorated for Xmas and simply lovely. The kitchen was one of the best, well-stocked kichens I have experienced since renting vacation properties for 8 years now. The location was serene and breathtaking and within a reasonable distance to West Jefferson, which is a fabulous, quaint shopping destination. (The donut shop is a must-try.) It was a truly wonderful experience for our family to spend Christmas here. Thank you.

The trees

We very much enjoyed being with our children and grandchildren. The outdoor fireplace pit and fireplace was a perfect gathering in the evening. Improvement could be made as far as a view. Not like pictures. The trees have grown and conceal most Mountain View’s.

Privacy in the woods

The property is very hard to get to did not realize the road was gravel and windy and if you miss a turn at night, you’re lost. It’s a nice cabin, but it does have a lot and I mean a lot of stuffed animals on the walls most cabins up there that I’ve seen that all have at least one or two deer but that basement there’s not an empty space on the wall between animals and other displays. The walkway to get into the front door is very difficult for older people. A lot of these sheets are stained, but everything was clean.

Great outside. Inside needs some attention.

Outside was the best part, fireplace and firepit. Deck seating was great. Not the cleanest place. Old creaky spring beds. Linens were awful, stained with holes. Not enough towels (1 small, old towel per person and 1 kitchen towel for 4 days). My invoice showed a charge for linen service. See if they will take it off and bring your own. You have to make all the beds anyway. Beds looked like they were made. When everyone went to bed, you could hear everyone say "You gotta be kidding" as they pulled back the covers to get in. Kinda funny...

The owners have also updated many of their linens since your stay. Our standard for cleanliness is very high and what you describe does not meet out standards. We regret that we were not able to correct these issues during your stay as they were not reported to our office. Due to CDC guidelines for Vacations Rentals we are placing bagged sanitized linens on the beds. Piney Creek vacation

The property was located in a great area, secluded but within 25 minutes of grocery stores and Walmart. We saw multiple deer on the property and enjoyed using the outdoor fire pit area which was a perfect size for our group. The house could use a deep cleaning as it appeared clean upon our arrival but once we settled in we noticed the kitchen cabinets were very dirty and the sofa area was as well. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to cook or bake (except the food of course). One thing to note the main living room only has space for 5 people to sit so if it’s a rainy day and you have multiple people in the house (as we did) you cannot all be in the same room comfortably. Entrance to the house is also precarious as there is no sidewalk to enter, only mulch with some flag stones that are easy to trip on. I mention this in case you have older adults in your party as we did. The stones move easily and my elderly parents tripped multiple times especially walking into the house at night when it is very dark. The basement area has a foosball table which we enjoyed but the area feels cramped with one sofa, a recliner and a picnic table. Linens and towels were not in the best condition and should all be replaced. Overall this is a nice property with room for improvements, proximity to the river is good and the area is lovely.

A beautiful, quiet, & peaceful get-away!

A truly breathtaking view on top of the mountain - short distance away from the river and West Jefferson. But not such a short distance away from skiing.... The cabin was eccentric and beautiful. A great getaway for any family.

Great mountain escape.

This house is a hidden gem in the High Country. There’s so many unique features and decor in the house that add greatly to the property. The outdoor fire pit is amazing and great for large groups. We can’t wait to stay here again in the future.

Perfect mountain getaway

This cabin was simply perfect for our family of 8 adults and 2 children. It’s within a reasonable drive to numerous parks and trails. The amenities and decor were great. Even though we had to deal with some rain, there was ample room on the covered rear deck to hang out and enjoy the view. We spent a lot of time around the awesome firepit area. We would definitely return to this property for a future getaway!

Brown mountain cabin

Nice house large enough for everyone to spread out. Kitchen well stocked, loved the covered porch the most. Convenient to canoeing and tubing rentals. Nice family weekend.

Sibling Vacation at Country Elegance

The home and property were lovely. The kitchen was well-stocked and the main floor living/dining area accommodated all 10 of us easily. The steps to upstairs, downstairs and to firepit were a challenge for some of my siblings (suffering from arthritic joints and one currently in remission from stage 4 lung cancer). My brothers-in-law were disappointed in their inability to "catch and release" in the pond on the property. Not only did it appear to contain no fish, there was also a message on the kitchen counter denying access to the pond except to owners and their family members. That was a great disappointment to my brothers, who live to fish wherever they vacation. There seems to have been a dampness issue in lower level because the sofa on that level had a layer of mold/mildew, white in appearance, between bottom of sofa seat cushion and frame of sofa along the front edge (also appearance of mold or mildew on at least one specimen of taxidermy on that same level). Additionally, it seemed as if both beds on that lower level were full beds (a difficult transition for one sister who is used to a king size bed). All in all, we had a wonderful weekend. The house and amenities were adequate in most every way. We would certainly recommend this property to others. We especially admired the lovely metal art (made of silverware), particularly the solar lighted ones in the backyard. We enjoyed watching them come on each evening. Our stay in NC was beautiful.
