This great 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is the perfect place for friends and family to gather and take advantage of everything at Boyne Mountain. You are a 2-3 minute walk to the base of Boyneland and have access to the entire front of the slopes making heading back to the condo for lunch, nap as easy as can be!
The kitchen has been refinished and is well appointed for your group and has stainless steel appliances throughout. Warm-up in front of the beautiful gas fireplace after a long day on the slopes. You are a short walk to Avalanche Bay, Boyne Mountain Adventure Center and the community pool making this unit a perfect place for your summer getaway as well as winter! Close to the mountain bike trails as well!
The first bedroom has 2 queen beds and an en suite full bathroom that has recently been refinished. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed as well. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bath.
The Area:
Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets.
Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.

Quick walk to great skiing!

Great place located steps away from the boyneland lift - so awesome for beginners. Main lift and village are only steps away as well. Almost all the convenience of ski on/off without the price tag. The hosts were great at communicating and helping us out.

Family Fourth of July trip

We booked for the holiday weekend and the property was excellent, great rental. The condo was clean and well stocked with the basics, was very clean and functional. The bonus was the Boyne property access, lots to do around the property, good for kids and teens, we enjoyed our trip.

Expectations met!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an amazing place for our weekend family get away to ski! It is quaint, but we were able to make due with the space provided. I had read from previous reviews about the unit being chilly, however, we didn't have any issues with the heat. The kitchen is very small with little counter space but again we made due. It is close to all things on the premises, including a very short distance to the lift which was a huge bonus. I would stay here again just for that amenity! I've had plenty of experience with vacation rentals so am able to say our overall stay was good! No bad review from this renter!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked the room a few months ago. Our work event got canceled due to Covid. I let the owners know via email 1 month before our scheduled date to arrive asking if I could move our date ahead. Got a reply that their 2023 calendars were not out yet, but would let me know. The never replied again after numerous attempts. Let alone this was prime time busy season for skiing and snowboarding and Valentines weekend and they could have easily put their item back on VRBO and someone else would have been glad to take it I have let VRBO know the email trails on the event.

Very cozy but needs some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is very cute and cozy inside but very tight when you walk into the front door. If the couch was pushed back a foot or so, it would have helped. The place was extremely cold at night. I know the place is old and has been redone, but the windows and door walls are horrible. Plastic on the windows would be great and heavy drapes that cover the entire door wall and a foot past the door would help significantly. We had to stuff towels in window over the bed and there were no extra blankets or pillows. The two Lazy Boy rockers were great until three of us flipped over and hit our heads against the wall. It appears someone cut the bottom off to remove the swivel. I had an ice pack on most of the night and my husband hurt his neck. If this had happened to my 79-year-old mom who was with us, we may have ended up in the ER. Totally unacceptable. There were no hot pads to be found and the front door leaked cold air. My husband adjusted the latch, which reduced the leak. On a good note, the beds were comfy, they added a cabinet by the table for additional counter space, the fireplace and TV's in all rooms were nice, and the overall set up was good, aside from the entry.

Good stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space was really nice and well laid out. Sleeps many people but the main areas would be small for that many people. The directions provided seemed to take you to the wrong gate, there is a second one just around the corner. We had a great stay and would definitely go back. Biggest complaint- there was no coffee to go with their coffee bar set up.

Family Fall Getaway

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Quick walk to the waterpark and all that Boyne had to offer. The fall colors had just turned, so the views there were amazing. Comfortable stay and great communication.

The condo was clean and well equipped with what we needed.

We traveled for a wedding and couldn’t have had more fun. The location was perfect! The condo was very clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable too. We had a few issues that needed to be addressed (broken coffee pot and AC not working) and one simple text to property manager Renee who responded within minutes. Couldn’t have been easier and really made a huge difference. The resort was just perfect. Our weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool too.
