Great Condo

The condo was perfect for an on-the-go holiday with my family. Clean, well-stocked, and extras like board games and charging ports for electronics. Nice central location that was easily walkable to the resort and its shops and restaurants. The community pool was good for families with small children with a max depth of 3.5 feet. We would definitely return!

Family Fourth of July trip

We booked for the holiday weekend and the property was excellent, great rental. The condo was clean and well stocked with the basics, was very clean and functional. The bonus was the Boyne property access, lots to do around the property, good for kids and teens, we enjoyed our trip.

Quick walk to great skiing!

Great place located steps away from the boyneland lift - so awesome for beginners. Main lift and village are only steps away as well. Almost all the convenience of ski on/off without the price tag. The hosts were great at communicating and helping us out.

Would rent again

The location makes this property a good value. The inside was clean and comfortable. The outside could probably use a bit of a clean up (dirty windows, cobwebs, etc). We would rent again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was nice and clean and in a good location to the ski lifts. However, there was not a pool or hot tub for use on the property. For over $1100 for a 2 night stay we felt it was overpriced.

When staying in these condos there is access to the pool however it is a seasonal pool as it is outdoors. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked the room a few months ago. Our work event got canceled due to Covid. I let the owners know via email 1 month before our scheduled date to arrive asking if I could move our date ahead. Got a reply that their 2023 calendars were not out yet, but would let me know. The never replied again after numerous attempts. Let alone this was prime time busy season for skiing and snowboarding and Valentines weekend and they could have easily put their item back on VRBO and someone else would have been glad to take it I have let VRBO know the email trails on the event.

Hi Gwen, Unfortunately our Cancellation Policy is stated within VRBO and in our Terms and Conditions. We do not provide refunds or modifications once you reach 60-days prior to your arrival regardless of the reason. We're so sorry you were unable to utilize our condo for your stay. We don't have any direct messages or emails on file requesting a cancellation. It looks like your last two VRBO messages never reached us. So sorry for that. Additionally, your original request was misunderstood. We interrupted that you would like to cancel your reservation and then rebook for 2023. Below is our response: "We can certainly cancel your reservation, however a refund is not available at this time. Once you reach 60 days of your arrival, refunds or modifications are not available. If you purchased Traveler's Insurance, you can file a claim. Our Winter 2023 Calendar will be available within the next week or so. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with the cancellation." As mentioned before, we do not offer modifications and we're so sorry your follow-up messages in VRBO did not reach us. We usually respond with 24-hours to every request. We will be sure to notify VRBO of the glitch. Sincerely, The Staff at Northern Michigan Escapes
