Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your concern regarding bugs in the bunk room. This is certainly not the experience we want for any guest, and we understand how upsetting it would be to feel uncomfortable in any part of the property. Your comments have been shared with our property management and maintenance teams so the bunk room can be inspected again and any necessary treatment or follow-up can be addressed. We take pest-related concerns seriously and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We regret that this issue impacted your stay and will use your feedback to help ensure the property is properly reviewed for future guests.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this feedback. I’m really glad to hear the cabin was very clean, well equipped, and comfortable for your stay, and that you didn’t have a bad thing to say about the cabin itself. That is exactly the experience we want guests to have when they walk in the door. I also really appreciate your honest note about the ski in/ski out access. I’m sorry it wasn’t as convenient as you were hoping. We will review how we describe that aspect in our listing and pre-arrival info so expectations are clearer, and we’ll also look at whether there are ways to better explain the best route or options for accessing the slopes from the cabin. Thank you again for staying and for saying you would return. We’d be happy to welcome you back for another comfortable stay, whether it is for more time on the mountain or a relaxing getaway in a different season.

It’s great to know you found the cabin very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We appreciate your helpful note about the coffee mugs—we’ll make sure to pass that suggestion along to the team to help improve the guest experience. We’re so glad you enjoyed the spacious deck and the hot tub, especially on those cool mornings and evenings; it’s one of the favorite features for guests after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring Boyne City.
