Stunning Disney Private Lake Front Villa, beautifully upgraded with games room

The Lake House is our stunning lake front villa with a pool on the prestigious Lake Berkley Resort just off 1-92 and a genuine 10 minutes from Disney and Sea World, 15 minutes from Universal Studios and International Drive, shopping and restaurants. This is our family vacation home and we have spared no expense in up-grading it to the highest standards.
Our villa is beautiful and is lavishly decorated and has a stunning premier view overlooking and fronting the lake which is not overlooked. Your morning starts with the sun rising over the tall trees draped with spanish moss at the opposite side of the lake. You can see the mist rising over the lake surface and you have full sun all day on your deck. You can enjoy dining Al Fresco while savoring your beautiful lake view. At night, you can unwind after a hectic day at the park and sit on your private deck watching the beautiful moon rise over the lake and listen to the cicadas, toads and birds returning to rest on the island on the middle of the lake. Our oversized pool deck has 6 loungers, a dining table and chairs, a charcoal barbecue a private pool and optional pool heat. We have hedging around the pool cage sides for added privacy - its just you and your family. Once you vacation in Lake Berkley, a gated and 24 hour manned resort you will not want to stay in other resorts. The resort is beautiful and meticulously maintained by staff and our villa is the best reason to keep coming back as it has been upgraded to our exacting standards as we vacation here too. Our villa is our home- not an investment property maintained by only a management company although we have an excellent one to ensure our exacting standards are met for all of our guests.
Our villa is fully air-conditioned (fully replaced 2022) and we have free wireless internet access (Spectrum). We have a 50' flat screen TV with a home theatre system and cable TV and PS-3 in our main living area. We have two living areas with comfortable over-stuffed furniture. We also have two dining areas with upgraded furniture. We installed new kitchen units with beautiful black granite surfaces and recessed lighting and we have stainless steel appliances. Our stainless steel refrigerator comes complete with surface water cooler and ice facilities (replaced 2022) and new dishwasher (replaced 2022).
Our villa has four bedrooms, all of which have beautiful designer furniture and bedding. We have a master en-suite with beautiful dark wood furniture and an over-sized Caribbean style fan. It has a flat screen TV and DVD which leads to a large oversized master en-suite with a jacuzzi bath, a separate shower and toilet areas and a large walk in closet big enough to store those extra cases you will fill with designer goodies at the nearby outlet mall !!! (Lake Buena Vista 5 minutes and Vineland 10minutes away). Our master bedroom overlooks the lake and enjoys a stunning lake front view. We also have a queen en-suite bedroom with beautiful cream furniture, and a twin bedroom with a beautiful lake view also. Unique to our villa and a huge hit with the kids, is our themed Mickey and Minnie kids room. This room has a double bed under twin bunk and we installed miniature furniture with a Mickey TV and tons and tons of stuffed Disney toys. We also have a sleeper queen sofa in the lounge and a single rollaway bed if your little one wants to sleep closer to you.
We are constantly upgrading our villa and recently, we installed a white granite topped vanity over a black base in our master en-suite.
We also provide a full range of baby equipment, including a high chair, cot with bedding, a stroller and baby monitor.
We have a games room with a state of the art slate Proline pool table -very heavy but worth it, table football, electronic mini-basketball and darts board and a PS-2 and 3 and games console (games, videos and books provided). We also provide fishing equipment so you can fish the fully stocked lake from your pool deck. For hot days at the beach, we also provide beach chairs, sun umbrellas and a cooler and the nearest beaches, Cocoa Beach and New Smyrna Beach are 60 minutes away.
We have upgraded our furniture - no expense spared - no Craig's lists and no package furniture!!!!! We also have beautiful accessories and art-work in all our rooms to make you feel pampered and our windows are decorated with beautiful white wood blinds and luxurious curtains.
Our property has a 24 hour security alarm and our management also provides a 24 hour call-out service for your added peace of mind.
This is a truly beautiful villa and Lake Berkley Resort itself, is one of the most exclusive and sought after estates. The resort is gated and it is also manned 24 hours a day assuring your security and peace of mind as our guests. The resort is beautifully maintained with manicured lawns and offers a jogging trail, lake walk, a clubhouse with games internet and exercise rooms, a bar and coffee room. There are tennis, basketball and volleyball courts and there is a children's and adult playground. There are 2 communal pools with heated pool spas and one pool is an infinity pool, installed last year, this also has a water playground for younger guests. Our villa is around the corner from a Super-Walmart and Aldi and a Super Target and Publix are less than 5 minutes away. You can play crazy golf and go go-cart racing just around the corner.
Lake Berkley Resort is central to everywhere and is 5 minutes from Lake Buena Vista Outlet Mall, 10 minutes from Disney, Sea World, and Vineland Premium Outlet Mall and 15 minutes from I-Drive, Universal Studios, Florida Mall and Millennium Malls. It is 10 minutes from Boggy Creek Airboats and 5 minutes from horse riding. You will not have to endure long traffic jams on the 1-27 to return home after a long day at the park. On 1-92 there is a great range of restaurants catering for all tastes, including Logan's Roadhouse, Smokey Bones, Joe's Crabshack, Texas steakhouse, Landry's, Red Lobster, Bahama Breeze, Crackerbarrel, Santa Fe Cattle Ranch, Carrabas, Chilis, Perkins, I-Hop and Boston Market. There is a Mc Donalds in Super Walmart and a new Chick'Fillet just around the corner from our resort and you can treat yourself to delicious ice-cream from Coldstone Creameries, Dippin Dots and Baskin Robbins, all close by.
