Debe tener 25 años para alquilar este condominio. ¡Esta descripción comienza con la palabra Penthouse! Y este condominio es verdaderamente Penthouse digno! Lujoso, espacioso y confortable! ¡La vista del Golfo de México desde esta unidad del piso 14 de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños es increíble! Este ático cuenta con un rey en el dormitorio principal con acceso al balcón privado y un baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha separada. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama Queen y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama Queen.

Esta unidad tendrá capacidad para un total de 6 invitados.

La cocina está equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, mostradores de granito y una barra húmeda con máquina de hielo. ¡Los gabinetes también están muy bien equipados con cualquiera de sus necesidades de utensilios de cocina! También hay una lavadora y secadora estándar e Internet inalámbrico gratuito.

Best vacation ever!

Truly a great weekend with the family! First time bringing my family to Orange beach and they enjoyed every minute of it! Communication upon arrival, during the trip, and during packing up was so wonderful, quick, and easy! Truly the entire experience was phenomenal!

Memorial Day week trip to Caribe Resort

My family and I had a great one week stay during Memorial Day week 2025. We would recommend this unit to others , and sunset properties were very easy to deal with.

Great stay as always! Love the Caribe and will not go to any other place!!!

Everything is amazing, you have so many options for things you would like to do ex. Fishing, pools, putt putt, basketball, tennis, horseshoes, hot tubs, the lazy river and of course there are many more. The most amazing restaurant is right next door and is part of the Caribe, its called Cobalt. The only thing i had an issue with was our door lock didn't work properly, but i think it may just have been the battery dying, other than that it was an amazing view and just an overall wonderful stay.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed the out of the way area, yet still in a prime location. There were plenty of things to do on-site and other options were a short drive away. It's a shame I can't afford to do this more often!

Family Fun

This resort has it all beautiful views and lots of amenities! Wonderful pools and ability to fish right out back of the resort at the marina! Beach is just a few minutes walk away or rides from resort on the trolley!

Paradise in LA(Lower Alabama)

The Penthouse Condo was outstanding. The unit was clean, spacious and had a breathtaking view of the gulf. The bayside was where all the action was during the day. We watched the parade of boats journey up and down the canal. We joined in the fun and rented jet skis which was a lot of fun. We will be back soon. My family and I hated to leave.

The view is great and the condo is nicely furnished. The management is always friendly and helpful. We rented one of the new cabanas for a day and were very pleased. The only recommendation I have is to put fans in the cabanas. Even with the ocean breeze it got very hot in the afternoon. Thank you, Sunset Properties for another fabulous Vacation. Reviewer Comments: We own a business and rarely have down time but we needed a beach fix... and wanted a getaway that could still feel socially responsible during the pandemic. This condo and property was great! We booked somewhat last minute - got a great deal and the unit was beautiful! Everything was clean and the property seemed to be doing their best with social distancing and access to safe amenities. The view was beautiful!

Lots of room in the kitchen. My kids loved the pools-- lots of options and room. Never had a problem finding a chair. Lazy river was a little too shallow, so the kids were not fans. But I enjoyed floating around. Sunset Properties was very responsive to any questions I had. Only downside was that you had to drive to get to the beach, but that was doable. (There is a shuttle, but it brings you to a beach on a channel; we preferred the beach directly across form the Condos that were on the Gulf instead of the side channel.)
