A comfortable stay in a well maintained property in the centre of the village. Two other comments. First, there was no welcome instruction book giving information on appliances and refuse collection etc. Second although there was off street parking there was room to park one car only and the space was shared with the cottage next door. Fortunately the other property was not occupied during our stay so parking was not an issue.

walking holiday

This is a wonderful property, beautifully renovated to a high standard. It is a perfect location for exploring the Peak District and it was central to all that Castleton has to offer, with great pubs and small gift shops all within walking distance.
