The renovation has been done to the highest standard. Even though the space is incredibly modern, all of the original features have been restored with respect to the original build.
The property is located just a five minute walk from St. Stephen's Green, at the very heart of the city. There are fantastic cafe's, bars and restaurants just a block away.
This space is ideal for a small group that want to be surrounded in luxury, while having all of the benefits of the city on your doorstep.

Everything was perfect. Communication with David was top notch and he helped me figure out how to use the heating system very quickly. Excellent location close to everything you’d want to walk to and see in Dublin but still had a more residential feel. Loved our stay here!!

We had two cancellations from hosts being the second one 14hrs before check in… then as a last attempt we booked David’s house. In less than 1h, he has confirmed and since then couldn’t have made our stay more perfect. Great communication, clear check in instructions and his house is simply fabulous. Perfect location, super clean, elegant decor, everything we needed to a perfect NYE stay in Dublin. I cannot recommend David’s house enough.

David's place was absolutely lovely! It was a quiet and pleasant getaway from the bustling city. The place was spotless and well maintained, and David's communication was excellent. The outdoor porch was a nice place to rest as well. Just use caution if you are parking your car to read and follow all street signs. David will provide parking permits, but they are only good on one side of the street, while the other side (closest the door) only offers parking at specific times on specific days and you will be towed if you don't follow the signs. (We made this mistake - 100% our fault not David's). Once you're there, the city center is very walkable/accessible! Would absolutely recommend.
