Overall the Condo was very clean, fully loaded with linens, kitchen appliances, ocean views, safe parking, walking distance to Ocean center. The owner was quick to respond to my texts about a couple of things and helped me figure them out. Highly recommend this unit and area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful view of Maalaea bay. Assigned parking is great not to have worry about looking for a spot when getting in late or during a busy time. Condo was clean and fresh for our stay. We did have a small issue with the front door. Our host was amazing and quick to address our issues. We loved our stay and our hosts. I would absolutely recommend if you are planning a visit to Maui, check this condo out.

Everything was great! Accommodations were fabulous, the house was well equipped and Steve was very gracious and helpful when we had a tsunami scare during our stay.

A lovely condo right on the water! The value for this spot is amazing — waking up to a beautiful sunrise on the lanai, direct ocean access, and centrally located to easily drive to popular spots. Steve was very responsive and helpful. The residents of this building are respectful and welcoming. One call-out I wish I knew beforehand is that the AC is a window unit in the living room, and the cool air does not reach the bedroom. It was quite hot sleeping at night, although we did use the extra fan.

Wonderful Place

Steven's property was amazing! The views over look from the balcony were beyond beautiful. The condo was cleaned and equipped with everything we needed made us feel like home. We had a wonderful family vacation time here. We look forward to have a longer stay here again!

Beautiful sunrise

Balcony overlooking the water was so relaxing and the sunrises were spectacular. Location was central to everything we did. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

This property was perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable and had beautiful views. You can walk to some restaurants and we were centrally located to easily drive to the other parts of the island.

Lots of amenities and a great locations. Stay was great. Only rated 4 stars because our sheets were still in the washer and needed to be run when we arrived.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay in Maui. Condo was lovely, well stocked and great location. Many fine restaurants within walking distance, shops and aquarium. Host was available for any needs we had. Check in and out was hassle free. Definitely would recommend to others.
