Stunning! Nestled in Eze, by the seaside, La SOLEILLADE VI4451 By Riviera Holiday Homes offers an unobstructed sea view. This terraced villa is located within a peaceful residence, featuring a swimming pool and parking, and can accommodate up to 6 people.
On the ground floor, you will discover a living room with a dining area, as well as a fully equipped separate kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking plates, and washing machine. The comfortable lounge area, with sofa and armchairs, opens onto a vast terrace where you can enjoy a breathtaking sea view. You will also find a barbecue, a dining space, and a lounge area for a complete change of scenery!
Regarding the sleeping area, the villa has 2 bedrooms with storage and double beds, and another with a bunk bed, all air-conditioned. A bathroom with bathtub and toilet, as well as a second one with shower and separate toilet, are located on the lower floor.
A security deposit of €900 is collected directly by Riviera Holiday Homes via Swikly (secure credit card authorization, no charge is made). Not applicable to Airbnb bookings.
Enjoy free WiFi, note that pets are not allowed, and the villa is non-smoking. The residence includes a collective swimming pool and private parking.
