Fall is coming come watch the trees change colors, catch the occasional sunny day on your private deck. We are so close to town with many amenities, but you feel far enough you can unplug and enjoy this vacation retreat.

There is a private entrance and stairs going up to the apartment. There are chairs outside weather permitting to enjoy the view, you are welcome to enjoy the privacy of the side yard. We are surrounded by tall trees, wildlife and birds, the property access includes a fire pit. There is a path to the beach, amazing views and sunrises.

Our home is off hwy 101, 10 min from downtown Olympia. Walking distance from a small grocery store, a tavern with great chicken and burgers, subway, Island espresso. Close to Evergreen state college, Little Creek Casino, South Puget Sound Community College. Easy access to Washington coast, Port Townsend, Victoria BC.

we are a short walk to Eld inlet beach it is steap hill down to the water but beautiful. the views from the property are beautiful. We have a nice view from inside of the water and the surrounding woods.

Location is very quiet and private. Also new and clean. Great view towards a section of the beach. Gasoline, grocery store with in walking distance. A location I would return in the future.
