About this property

3 bedroom Spacious new constructed home

3 bedrooms in. Newly constructed home. 1 mile away from water country. 2 miles away from Busch gardens. 10 min drive to colonial Williamsburg and James town. Short drive to Williams and Mary. Right off I-64.

Guests will have 3 queen size bedrooms, Kitchen, dinning area and living room.

Garage and basement are not included! I actually live in the locked basement.

Another room on the second floor isn’t included and will always be locked.

There’s a camera on top of the fridge that covers the kitchen, living room and dining room. The camera records only 24 hours and then delete any recording. This is for the safety of the guests and also the safety of the place.
