Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great overall upscale condo, Ocean front is the Best. Free beach Umbrella and lounge chairs come with this condo. Swimming pools and landscaping is top notch. 3 BR 3 Bathrooms great for 4 adults and 2 grandchildren. Only negative, we had to call housekeeping because the floors were dirty, After 5 minutes of walking the floor bearfooted the grand children feet were black. Overall great place and close to Pier Park.

It needs multiple anti-bacterial sprays and cleaning rags for the equipment. There was none. I have tested positive for COVID this week.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first day, the air was not cooling properly, however the management stay got right on it. I was overcharged for my parking decals, and the kiosk was not working. The unit had roaches in the kitchen, which was disgusting. We had to pay a lot of money for 5 nights a month in advance. Personally all of this should had been taken care of before we got there.

Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect with plenty to do within walking distance (pier, Pier Park, restaurants, etc), the rental company checked on us within the first 24 hours, the condo was very clean, the view from the balcony was gorgeous and in plain sight of the swimming pool (perfect to keep an eye on the teenagers). The kitchen was fully stocked to cook our planned breakfast and dinner meals for six. The beds were also comfortable. Some board games would have helped because we had a couple of rainy days and had to stay in so we bought Jenga and left it behind for future renters. Very relaxing and enjoyable place to stay! Looking forward to next year 😊

Reviewer Comments: love the property and location ..but the condo that we pick out was not clean and ready we pay so much for a clean fee for want reason i clean it myself the carpet was very dirty and spots all over the made the place not clean cooking stove you had to turn off on med because no one had reported it we almost had a close call.too mush decorations...lounge chair needs to be replace it looks like a cat scratched it all up..not enough lines they had pillows in the closet but not pillow cases the condo was missing alot of things...dont get me started on the fully equipped kitchen..we made the best of it

This condo needs attention. Dirty, buckling carpet. Torn and dirty furniture. Filthy, bleach stained throw rugs. Broken lampshade. Cheap tv stand for nightstand. Bedding on floor on top of vacuum. Water stains and crack on ceiling. I would recommend the property but NOT this condo.

Good and Bad

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo was great! We were disappointed in not being able to have access to either pool. We were not notified of the pool being shut down. The shower was not working in the third bathroom and no one never came to fix after we put the request in. The carpet in the condo was stained and gross. The rugs in the third bathroom were torn and looked extremely dirty. The arms of the furniture were torn and stained. We were really looking forward to staying in such a great location but unfortunately we were very disappointed.

Elevators broke

First of all, when we arrived 2 of the 4 elevators was out of service. We are a family of 7 with a 1 year old baby and we had to carry ALL of our luggage up the stairs because we couldn't get an elevator. The carpet in our condo was filthy. We had to vacuum before we could put our baby down to crawl. There was trash and dirt all over it. When we went to leave 7 days later, after having to take the stairs almost every time we left our condo, we absolutely could not get an elevator on check out day because 2 of the elevators were still out of service. So, we had to carry ALL of our luggage back down the stairs. I'm just telling you, we won't be staying here again and it was more expensive than other places we've stayed before.

In serious need of redecorating!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love Aqua Resort but this unit does not represent the property well. Carpet throughout is disgusting, dirty, & worn. Furniture in living room is worn, torn, & in serious need of replacement. Bed is master bedroom was uncomfortable and shook whenever anyone moved. The bottom sheet was not fitted-instead it was a flat sheet that was too small for the bed. The blind in the master did not work. A pair of panties was found under one of the twin beds which means the floor under the bed had not been vacuumed for who knows how long. This could be a great unit if the owners would do some serious renovations.

I was brought towels to change out to keep leak contained•I called after hours multiple times, I was hung up on.•guest bathroom full of mold. Walls I can see why it might take time to paint between guest. But it was even on shower curtain. Paying over 3,000 for less than a week, I expect to have a clean non moldy shower curtain.... (I have pictures of youd like) it was disgusting•RUDE maintenance man that blamed ALL problems on me. •twin beds uncomfortable The good part of this rental is location.... the bad is it needs MAJOR updating to withstand Aquas standard. I’ve never been disappointed with an aqua stay until now.

Could Have Been

Reviewer Comments: The resort has a great location close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. However, the individual owners of our unit could use some lessons in hospitality and consideration. While the bathrooms and kitchen is modern and up to date the living room furniture and patio furniture are in serious need of replacement. Three of the patio furniture cushions were completely ripped at the seams and frayed with the cushion stuffing completely exposed, not to mention how dirty and stained the cushions were. I contacted the front office after check-in and the maintenance department responded promptly and indicated they would contact the owners. After a day passed I contacted the front office again. The maintenance department responded again and this time took one of the cushions, visited a Lowe’s store, and tried to find matching cushions. However, without the owner’s permission could not purchase new cushions. Evidently, the owners did not give permission because the cushions weren’t replaced. The living room couch is old, frayed, and just felt dirty. It’s too bad the owner’s don’t care enough about their property’s guests to take care of needed updates. Overall, our experience was very good at Aqua.

Balcony chairs so hard not comfortable. Room was ok not great. Did not let me know these before I booked and paid. Could not back out. 7 flights of stairs no fun. We have stayed at Aqua many times, a little disappointed for first time.

Beautiful Ocean View/Comfy King Beds

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I would give this room an excellent review! The master king bed was very comfortable! The ocean views were beautiful! I would stay here again. Some suggestions...room needs some updates including carpet and furniture. One of the cabinets was falling apart in the kitchen. There was no dish soap, trash bags, or other items so bring EVERYTHING. The master bedroom was very quiet but the 2nd King bedroom and the 3rd twin bedroom both are on the street side of the condo and very loud at night( Shuckums is across the street and they have very loud Karaoke at night). Overall I was very happy with this room and Aqua which I can’t say for PCB in general. PCB was overcrowded and to travel 2-3 miles took 30 minutes. Also do not, whatever you do, get in the ocean with double red flags. I got a $500 citation without a warning. I’m from GA where it’s pretty much swim at your own risk so this was not something I was familiar with. Oh and it rained every single day during our week stay. If you want to go eat out, allow for a 2 hour wait especially if you have more than 2-3 people. The elevators can be an issue, but wasn’t for us bc we were on the 7th floor so we were able to take the stairs sometimes.
