We initially booked this condo with sleeping eight as shown by website. The change from bunk beds to a queen in the third bedroom was a deal breaker for us since we had seven in our party. One of the kids had to sleep on the couch. We purposely paid more for this condo for the original sleeping arrangements. The balcony area was amazing. Bad weather forced us to stay inside more than usual but the condo allowed for family time.

An outlet in the bathroom wasn’t working but it was checked out the same day and repaired promptly. The condo had all the kitchen things we needed and some additional beach items like chairs and pool noodles. We have stayed at this resort several times and this is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. The property is well maintained and we made good use of the pools. We enjoyed the food and karaoke at Shuckums across the street as well as tacos at Diego’s. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay at this property again.

We really liked that beach chair rental was included. Parking lot access was very nice. Under construction, but still convenient. We had just a bit of trouble helping our elderly mother navigate when the door side access was closed, but I realize that was temporary. Learning two codes with a lot of numbers was a little cumbersome. Of course, I had the image on my phone. But at the first of the week, when my hands were full and/or greasy with sunscreen, I was happy to fine the door had been left open. I DO like the codes better than a key. If there could be fewer numbers, that would help. This was clearly not enough of a concern to consider going someplace else. The rest staff was Terrific, location was awesome, and lodging was like a dream!OH! This was our first time to the Aqua. When calling for reservations, getting a person was always wonderful. However, a few times, (3x) when the line was busy, I got caught up in a loop that just cycled me back to the recording when I pushed a button to get a person. That should be easily resolved...
