Newly renovated 5BR on private bayfront peninsula

This newly remodeled cedar bayfront sits on a private peninsula at one of the most southwestern locations on the island. The home has 360 degree views with 270 degree views of Atlantic City and Barnegat Bay.

A complete remodel finished this spring added a junior suite with full private bath, a large TV/kids area, an office, double the living space on the second floor with top-of-the-line furniture – and a completely new kitchen featuring an induction stove with pot filler, two dishwashers, an ice maker, a large island with white quartz countertops and premium appliances.

One of the island's few five-bedroom homes features reverse living with the feel of being at sea on the top floor and living at waters edge on the bottom floor. The master bedroom (king) is located on the second floor with four bedrooms on the first floor, including a junior suite (king), a bedroom custom-built for kids (4 twins), and two other bedrooms, one with two full beds and one with a king bed.

The top floor has a stunning deck facing west for sunset viewing, and endless living space with multiple nooks for gaming, conversations, fire-side chats. A newly added sun room is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon reading.

View the lights of Atlantic City at night from the hot tub. Let the kids splash around in the 10ft cowboy pool, or sip cocktails in the shallow pool at sunset. Watch the sun go down right off the back deck. Launch our (two) kayaks to explore the John Forsythe Wildlife Preserve or the sedges across the bay. Walk around the corner to a large playground, tennis court and basketball court and quiet, bayside beach.

There is also a 60 foot deep water dock from which a boat can reach the inlet to the Atlantic Ocean within 10 minutes. The home is located with two other homes on its own private site pushing into Barnegat Bay. Downtown Beach Haven is minutes away by boat or car. The beach is a short walk out your back door. The house has high speed internet access.

Perfect beach house experience!

We spent the long weekend: grandparents, brothers & their families (college age to kindergarten) & had the best time. The set up is perfect - plenty of space to spread out. The house is well loved & lived in - you can relax & enjoy the sea air! The pictures don’t show how spacious it is. The house is very close & convenient to walk to the bay or ocean. It has inspired a yearly week Long Beach island vacation as a family. The owner was very easy to reach with a quick question & accommodating. Great experience!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Haven at Beach Haven

We were there for EScow Nationals a grueling 3 day event One of our crew brought his family with a 1 yrold and 3 year old we also had another crew of a young man We all had a great time! The kids had plenty of toys The adults had plenty of space and comfortable beds The hot tub was greatly appreciated after long days on the water The kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms were very nice One fire alarm started beeping but we got hold of the owner right away and he allowed us to disarm it The place is very nicely done with beach colors and super clean and comfy Thanks so much we want to go back

Amazing LBI Beach house

The pictures do not do this place justice. Amazing water views. Fantastic location. House was fully equipped with everything you could need (full kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, kayaks, umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys, bicycles, etc.) The host was responsive and easy to deal with. Our family had a wonderful time and hope to come back.!

The Perfect Vacation

We loved staying here! Beautiful water views all around at all times, lots of windows and light, very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed and wanted including Sonos. Loved sitting on the back porch rocker looking at the water. Wish we could have stayed longer!

A beautiful house with a beautiful view

My girlfriends and I have stayed in many houses in the past 22 years and this is one of the best for sure. The house is laid out nicely and kept very clean and organized. The panoramic bay view (see Atlantic City to the south) and peacefulness is amazing and I simply love the location on LBI too. Just a short walk to the beach and ocean too. Spectacular sunsets from the deck is a bonus!!!!

Awesome House on the Bay

The house is really great. It felt like you are on a boat, with water on 3 sides and everywhere when you look outside any window. It is modern, nicely decorated, yet also comfy. The hot tub was fantastic with views of Atlantic City over the Bay. We comfortably fit 2 families with the four bedrooms. Dennis was very responsive and totally on top of any requests or issues. Despite having poor weather, we had a nice and relaxing week because of the house since we ended up spending more time there than expected.

July 4th LBI Weekend

Beautiful house in an amazing location right on the bay side in Holgate. The house was extremely clean and well equipped and Dennis was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property and looking forward to our next stay.

Great location

Location, location, location! Beach Haven property on the bay yet only a block away from the ocean - away (1 to 2 miles) from the commercial part of LBI, our ocean beach was perfect for long walks, lifeguard protected swimming, and more privacy. We had ten adults plus two infants and the house layout accommodated the combination of privacy and inclusion. Outside top deck perfect for a Crabfest one night and a Jimmy Buffet cheeseburger in paradise dinner a second night. Family room inside accommodated all of us at once, but the evenings on the deck created the relaxed environment. Don't fall asleep in the hot tub while gazing at Atlantic City - that could be hazardous to your health.

September weekend

We stayed here this past September-- it is way nicer than the pictures show and the owners were easy to deal with. The sunsets are amazing, and the house is large enough to accommodate all 10 of us very comfortably. We will definitely come back next year if we can find the time!

Incredible home! Much better than the photos!!

Our family rented this amazing house for my daughter's birthday in September. The house exceeded every expectation we had. The layout was perfect for the adults and children - living space was on the 2nd floor. The house was spotless and looked like it was just built this year. The jacuzzi was a blast for the kids and the walk was just a short block to the beach. We always rent ocean front but watching the sunset in this incredible house has changed our minds. We hope to return this summer!! Lastly, the owners were a pleasure to deal with and were incredibly responsive and had a great attention to detail. They left extra toilet paper rolls, paper towels, coffee filters and much, much more that you would ever expect. Total winner!!

FABULOUS VACATION HOME - LOVE IT!!!

My family and I just stayed at this GORGEOUS home for a week in June, and we honestly could not have picked a more perfect vacation home! This house has it all! The home is extremely spacious, beautifully decorated, and was very clean. There is an upper deck and an enormous covered porch below that offer the most breath-taking sunset views over the bay. There is a hot tub outside that my husband and I would unwind in after a day at the beach, and we would gaze at the stars or lights illuminating from Atlantic City. The homeowners are awesome!!! They are very friendly, kind, and generously allowed us to use items in their garage, such as: 2 kayaks, life jackets, beach chairs, beach buggy, etc… The beach is only a short walk away, and the homeowners have beach tags at the house for guests to use. Overall, this house is AMAZING and the perfect spot to enjoy all LBI has to offer. My family and I will be renting this home for many more years to come! I would highly recommend this home to ALL my family and friends!!! Thank you for making our vacation one that we will never forget!

Bayfront is better - Beautiful House!

This house is a very special find. I've been coming to LBI for 27 years and this is definitely one of the most beautiful homes on the island. The views from the decks are second to none and the panoramic sunsets can be enjoyed from the kitchen, living room, master and both decks. The beautiful LBI sunsets cannot be seen from the oceanfront homes, which is a major drawback about staying oceanside. The sunsets are key when on vacation at LBI, they're an integral part of the whole experience. Bayfront is by far the best way to go. You can even see the lights from Atlantic City in the distance. The house is a very short walk from the beach, which is private, flat, and impeccably clean. All the best restaurants are a 5-7 minute drive but you still feel the peace of seclusion at this house. The owners are awesome, very caring and accommodating. They provide beach badges, beach chairs, kayaks, and direct access to their dock. I would recommend this house over all the others I've stayed in. Hope you love it as much as we did!

Awesome Location!

My family loved this vacation and property. The view is awesome! The layout is great....off the kitchen/living area is a large deck for grilling and outdoor eating. Downstairs is a nice quiet wrap around deck with comfy chairs. Loved it! The owners were easy to deal with and provided nice extras that were really appreciated like grill, kayaks, bikes, beach chairs and beach badges. You won't be disappointed.

Why they chose this property

Locals know that bayfront (not oceanfront) is where it's at (sunsets!). It's a cozy, quiet part of Long Beach Island. Fantasy Island, shopping and bars and restaurants are within 10 minutes. It's also a short five-minute walk to playground, tennis court, and basketball court.
