Our 3rd stay and still our favorite! We’ve stayed here three times now, and I think that says everything! We absolutely love this condo and keep coming back because it really feels like our little home away from home.The views are AMAZING! There’s just something so relaxing about sitting on the balcony, enjoying the ocean, and taking in that beautiful view. The unit has everything we need for a comfortable, relaxing stay.We especially love that the beach chairs are included, such a nice convenience and one less thing to worry about!The location, the view, the condo itself, and just the overall experience make it hard to choose anywhere else.We’ve had another wonderful stay and are already looking forward to coming back!

Had to sleep one night with no air, it s was 81 degrees in room and we couldn’t sleep, guy had to come twice to fix it, no apology no refund for the night. Nothing. No ice maker, tvs sucked. Very high price compared to others.

Brian, I am sorry you had a bad night in our condo, out of the 13 nights you stayed, the building had a pump problem and they thought it was fixed when they came out a flushed the system, I was unaware of any other a/c issue until 1:30am when I woke up and saw your email, I did provide you with my personal cell phone number and you never called concerning this or any other issue. The maintance came back first thing in the morning and resolved the issue. As far as the ice maker, I will address this as you never said anything about this and the televisions, well I have no idea what this means as there is a 55” in the living room and a 42” in the bedroom and your the first complaint about them. The issue of price thats a personal preference and I can only set my prices as the market suggests. I hope you continue to visit the Sunbird in units that fit your needs. Robyne

Property just as described. Easy check in. Loved chairs at beach. Very clean. Host replies quickly and fixed any thing I asked. The view is amazing. Can see a long way. Beach superb. Not a fan of chairs on deck and toilet paper paper towels well like paper but I understand. Really only change would be the seating on deck.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The condo was beautiful, with comfortable furniture and a perfectly equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The views were incredible—every window and door looked directly out onto the beach, and the balcony was the perfect place to relax and take it all in. Communication with Robyne was excellent; she provided all the information we needed well in advance, making our stay completely seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
The balcony is a perfect place to see the sunset!

Gorgeous, clean, very accommodating condo!!! The balcony view was amazing! I would definitely come back! The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The only advice I’d give is bring your own chairs and tent bc the beach service was less than desirable.

Anniversary trip

We celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary in PCB and this condo was perfect!! It was beautiful and the view was amazing. Our section of the beach was never too crowded and everything was very seamless. We would love to stay here again in the future and highly recommend

Great view lots of windows

Great place. We stay every year in PCB and this is the first condo I will be renting again. Owner was accommodating and easy to work with. Clean well appointed unit with easy parking. Building and grounds were kept up also. Highly recommend.
