Perfect getaway in paradise

Whither you want to enjoy beach life or nightlife this place has all your need. It’s got a great view, quiet and modest accommodations for the best beach activities. Centrally located and with easy access to shopping and other needs. I hope to definitely stay again.

Relaxing and Great Location

We were very happy with our stay. Being right on the beach with a view of the Gulf Shores was very relaxing. The property was very clean upon arrival and was the perfect size for our family of 3. Private parking and quick/easy access to the beach enhanced the experience. Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful views - great value

We extended our stay, and will definitely return in the future. The room was beautiful and the gulf views were gorgeous! I would highly recommend Sunbird to family and friends. The security was awesome and located perfectly for shopping etc. No complaints whatsoever. Gorgeous stay

End of school break and Birthday celebration

The condo was in overall great condition. Very comfortable for my wife and myself. Great views of the ocean and steps from the beach. The cleaners missed a few things like floors and stuff on walls and doors but the management team was on it getting it taken care of. It was a great stay overall

Good affordable place for short stay

The management was really responsive to emails. The place was plenty large enough for just me. The only issue was that there seemed to still be sand or something on counters and tables. It’s the beach though, so I’m sure it’s hard to get it all lol.

locked out

we were locked out of our residence on the morning that we were departing before the check out time. this was very frustrating as all the information to contact vrbo was locked in my room. The room was great but a hand held shower device would have came in handy trying to get sand off of you.

Over all it was a really nice place. Small but big enough for the 2 of us. My only complaint is the tv didn’t work, which I called the number listed and they came to fix it. But you have to have your own programs. Netflix etc. elderly people don’t know to work that. The other thing was the balcony was usable due to construction ( I knew it may not be). I will probably stay there again.

the biggest problem, the bed is listed as a Queen size, the frame may be a Queen, but the mattress is clearly a FULL size. The bed room is tight, and the bed frame head board wastes 3-4 inches of space. So either put a queen size mattress on the bed or reduce the bed frame to a full size bed. The floors could use an occasional mopping. THE VIEW IS FANTASTIC. We are glad we got out before spring break, the city preparations being made with gates, temporary lighting, temporary police command centers made it look like they were preparing for riots.

Great place for couples’ getaway!

This was the first time we’ve rented a condo. The only drawback about this particular location is that we were driving everyday to experience the reason we there…, The IronMan Triathlon event .Downtown was a mile away. We would prefer to be with in walking distance of major activities.

The building was well maintained, the property was close to the beach and many restaurants

Only real issue we had, was check out was @ 10am. At 9:30 am We made a trip down to the office with a portion of our bags, when we went back up our code would not work to get us back in the unit, where our cell phones were. Management helped us gain access.

Best spot in PCB

This rental was perfect for our needs. First, I’ll address the only “negative” which is unavoidable with a beach property. Of course there was a bit of sand on the tile floors. After going to the beach ourselves, I say in my opinion they are doing a good job of clearing as much sand as possible. Now, for all the reasons you should be staying here. The Sunbird resort is the place to be! You are perfectly situated far enough away from the really busy parts of PCB and near the St. Andrews bay said of town. This saves time no matter which side you decide to explore. There is a private beach, which means you are sharing the sand with far less people. The beach to the west of Pineapple Willy’s (which is a great restaurant right next door that you will want to visit more than once during your stay) was not private and had 4 packed rows of beach chairs. Our side to the east had one row. Speaking of which, your room has a beautiful balcony view. This is perfect for drinking your morning coffee and your cocktails any time you do decide to stay in.

Great place!

We really enjoyed staying here. Great location with close proximity to shops, restaurants and, of course, the beach! The unit offered spectacular views, just as advertised. Super responsive owners - when our flight was cancelled by the airline, they were able to accommodate our new dates without any issues. Would definitely stay again!

Peace and quiet

I have rented many condos through the years, this one was by far the best. The attention to detail inside this condo was very accommodating. The availability of elevators, the quiet clean building, friendly parking attendant, all things we appreciated and will have us returning to this same condo in a the future.

Loved it!!!!

Everything we needed for our stay. The only thing that was a pain was the access to the beach due to construction. I knew about it before I went. Can’t wait for construction to be done and to go back. The staff that we met were awesome and very friendly.

It was under construction but even though it was small the room was really clean the beds were comfortable and the view was spectacular. I would stay again
