Kihei Akahi D 614 es un condominio en el último piso frente al Kamaole II Beach Park con vistas al océano y a las islas exteriores de Molokini, Kahoolawe y Lanai, renovado y completamente equipado con todo lo que pueda necesitar para unas vacaciones tropicales completas.

De propiedad canadiense.

La ENTRADA ELECTRÓNICA SIN LLAVE se ha instalado para su conveniencia y seguridad. No hay claves para preocuparse en la playa.

OTROS: lavadora / secadora, aire acondicionado, plancha y tabla de planchar, secador de pelo, escobas, etc. El servicio de limpieza se puede arreglar.

CENTRO DE RESERVA DE ACTIVIDADES en la premisa disponible para reservar tours, luaus, etc. Gerente en la isla.

UBICACIÓN: Kihei Akahi, uno de los complejos turísticos favoritos de Kihei, se encuentra en seis acres y medio de hermosos jardines tropicales, con dos piscinas, barbacoas y una cancha de tenis (raquetas en la oficina).

Kihei Akahi está cruzando la calle desde Kamaole Beach Park II, una gran playa para tomar el sol, caminar, nadar, bucear, hacer boogie boarding y observar ballenas (en temporada), y a poca distancia de varias de las playas más populares de Maui. Great stay- great value

Clean and comfortable! Dianne the host is very responsive and thoughtful.The beach across the street is a wonderful place to set up for a day of sun and fun. Good selection of food and drinks within walking distance.

Anniversary Trip was Amazing

The property was just what we needed and the location was ideal to get around the island to just grabbing a bite locally and walking to the beach. We wouldn’t change a thing!

Fantastic Memory Maker

We had an amazing stay in Kihei Akahi D614! Diane our host was wonderful - helpful but not intrusive. Condo was delightful - tastefully decorated, recently renovated - loved the natural river stone floor in shower, a/c in bedroom and main area worked well. Appliances were upgraded. View was splendid and breathtaking! Wonderful trip creating so many great memories!!!

Great location!

Dealing with Diane was a pleasure and the property was great! Super easy beach access and the balcony view is unreal! The bedroom didn’t have AC which made some nights pretty hot, but the main living area did and it was great to have. We would definitely stay here again!

Kihei gem

The location in Kihei is perfect, walking distance to the beach and lots of great restaurants. The top floor location means that you don’t necessarily have to walk down to the beach to enjoy the sunset. The unit is thoughtfully stocked with all you need and more for eating or relaxing at the beach. The landscaped property is essentially a botanical garden and very quiet. Great place to chill.

Nice apartment for our stay in Maui

Apartment was well appointed with a kitchen very well stocked. If you like cooking, it’s great with all you need. Close enough to walk to the beach and nice views from the top floor, towards the back of the development. It’s a busy area with many condos along Kehei road. A few restaurants and shops close by to walk. Had beach chairs, umbrella and towels which was nice for days at the beach. Only reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars is the furniture is a bit dated and not the most comfortable and a bed which was small for the 2 of us (I’m 6’2”) and the A/C struggled to keep up in the front room. All in all, we’d stay here again

Fantastic stay in Kihei!

Diane's apartment was the perfect stay in Kihei for me and my wife. It was great to be on the top floor and to take in the amazing views. Being there during whale season was particularly special, as we could see whales from the outdoor space every day. Diane is an excellent host with very clear communication and the space was very clean and well maintained. I hope to be back again soon!

Excellent Experience!

We had a great week at Kihei Akahi. Diane & Richard are very gracious hosts and wonderful people. We had the good fortune of meeting them during our stay. Their unit was just as advertised, very comfortable and clean, with beautiful ocean view. We enjoyed several memorable sunsets from the lanai. Easy walk to Kihei beaches and food/retail. Short drive to Wailea beach, shops, restaurants. We look forward to coming back.

We had a wonderful time in Maui, loved this condo, second time staying at this complex, first time in this unit. Our happy place!

A feeling of contentment as you walk into the unit. The view speaks for itself, which is truly remarkable. Comfortable chaise and sofa allow quiet sitting and chatting or just relaxing and reading. The aircon units in lounge and bedroom make a huge difference. The kitchen is truly well appointed with everything you may need. The location is superior. Walking distance to everything. A really great place to stay.

This condo is absolutely amazing!! High quality furnishings and very well thought out. It has everything you could possibly need for your vacation. The lanai has a spectacular view of the ocean and the sunsets are to die for!! The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The host Diane definitely has the aloha spirit! She is kind, personable and responsive when communicating. We are already planning our next trip to Diane’s condo!!

Absolutely Perfect!

This is condo deserves every 5 star review! If you are looking at the Kihei area you won’t find a better place to stay. The high end kitchen was amazing with anything you could need. Very nice linens and a super comfy bed which was a dream after long days filled with excursions. We opened up the back door over looking Haleakala which has an amazing view but also creates a delightful breeze running through the condo. Everything was spotless and very nice. Watched whales every morning while drinking coffee and the sunsets were postcard beautiful. The owner emailed me the morning after we checked in making sure everything was okay and even helped me with our itinerary! You won’t be disappointed in this little piece of heaven, it’s absolutely perfect ♥️

D 614 does not often come up for sale but when it did we jumped at the chance to own one of the best units at the Akahi: Top floor, building parallel to the ocean and well away from the elevator: a jewel of a condo in a complex on one of the best beaches in Maui. In summer 2018 we updated and renovated to put on our own, tropical touches.
