Palmer som svÀnger, tropiska vindar, öfÄglar som sjunger sina sÄnger, integritet .... Allt detta och havet Àr aldrig mer Àn nÄgra steg bort. Promenera de vÀlskötta markerna i skuggan av de vajande banyantrÀden. Spela en uppsÀttning pÄ tennisbanan, ta ett kyltopp i en av de tvÄ poolerna eller koppla av i en av de lugnande badtunnorna. Grunderna ligger tvÀrs över gatan frÄn en av Mauis bÀsta vita sandstrÀnder ... idealisk för avslappnade promenader, bad och solbad.
VÄr lÀgenhet renoverades just i april 2019. VÄrt mÄl var att modernisera enheten men ÀndÄ upprÀtthÄlla en strandig atmosfÀr. Vi tror att vi har Ästadkommit allt detta. Renoveringen inkluderade nya golv, nya skÄp i hela, granitbÀnkskivor, alla nya GE-apparater och naturligtvis fÀrsk fÀrg. . Vi utökade ocksÄ vÄr lanai och lade till en king size-sÀng. BÄda badrummen Àr ocksÄ ombyggda.
Maui Banyan ligger i vackra södra Kihei, pÄ öns södra strand. AnlÀggningen har ett utmÀrkt lÀge och tillgÄng till angrÀnsande Kamaole Beach II, med lekplatser och öppet grönt utrymme. AnlÀggningens skönhet kompenseras av den höga toppen i Haleakala i bakgrunden, som ger svalnande skuggor under de varma eftermiddagstimmarna, en perfekt atmosfÀr för golf och andra aktiviteter.

Amazing location wonderful amenities

Kihei was the perfect location for our family vacation. Lots of close by amenities and amazing sunset viewing at Kamaole beach every night within walking distance. We can’t say enough about this amazing condo. We’re already planning another trip back!

Will stay again!

Perfect location steps away from the beach watched every sunset the chirping of the birds in the morning being able to see the ocean and the mountain at sunrise. It’s a great location. Property pool is close by parking is a plus can’t wait to come back very clean.

The apartment is spacious and well equip with everything someone needs for a great beach holiday and has been tastefully updated. Location is great being right outside Kam 2 and 3.

Perfect location!

We love staying in Kihei and this was our favorite rental yet. The location was fantastic, the lanai was private with amazing views. We watched a family of deer everyday in the garden area! The A/C worked well and the ice maker in the freezer was an unexpected treat. The bed was super comfortable and having two bathrooms was something we didn't even know we needed!

Wonderful Maui Vacation

I really enjoyed my stay at the condo. Great location. Easy to walk to many restaurants and stores. Right across the street from the beach. Very comfortable condo with nice updates. The condo has all the supplies you need. Would rent this condo again.

Excellent condo

To start, Joni is an outstanding host. From the initial inquiry and request to our on-site stay and departure he was fabulous. The condo is wonderful . Well located, very very clean, comfortable, very well equipped, well decorated. Parking on site was a bonus. Thank you Joni for allowing us the opportunity to enjoy these 6 nights. We loved every minute of our stay!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo with a really cool view of the grounds! Check-in was very easy, no issues. :) Bed was super comfy and everything worked perfectly. The beach chairs and umbrella were a great and handy bonus! Truly a 5 minute walk to the beach. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend.

Very relaxing and just wonderful

We had a great time at the Maui Banyan! It was close to everything and walking distance to most things. Went zip lining and explored pineapple orchard. We managed to pack in a lot in 4 days. The Maui Banyan was central to the afternoon nap since it was so close. I loved having a kitchen to make some meals, since eating out was a bit expensive for all meals. It was a very comfortable stay.

H409 has everything you need to have a fantastic stay in Maui. Located in H building which is within easy walking distance to the Kamaole beaches, great for morning walks. Joni is just a text away, and responds quickly. Highly recommend this unit.

Perfect!

We love the Maui Banyan and this was our first time in this unit. It was beautiful and it had everything we needed. Mattress and pillows were very comfy and we were just fine using the ceiling fans rather than the A/C. We loved waking up to the birds chirping and watching all the deer in the lot next to the property. I had a small prblem connecting to the wi-fi and contacted Joni directly. She was so warm and understanding and got us up and running right away. We will back!

A Piece of Paradise

Property was great and was accurately portrayed. The location is great for walking to beaches, restaurants and shops. The beaches in Wailea are spectacular and are only a 10 min drive away.

Beautiful condo in a great location

This was the perfect place for the two of us. The location was great and the condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfy and we loved having two bathrooms. We loved that there were beach towels and a cooler for us to use. We got a lot of use out of those! We could also see Haleakala and the ocean from our balcony. The condo grounds were very well maintained and there are two very nice pool areas. Each has a pavilion and multiple Weber gas grills that were a nice bonus. Joni was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

First visit to Maui

This is a very nicely layed out condo, quiet, on the garden side so private and shady. Everything you need is provided, beach chairs, umbrellas, fins, boogie board. The kitchen is well stocked with plates and glasses, and appliances.

Clean and Great Location

Maui visit

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean. Having the second bathroom was a bonus. There was a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella. Lovely view out the lanai. Plenty of pots and pans to cook meals. We would definitely stay here again. The location was close to grocery stores.

My husband Joe and I live in Auburn CA.. We both work full time, but we try to get to the condo in Maui about every 6 months to make sure it is ready for our guests.
We have an on-island manager who is available to call for any maintenance and repairs.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We love Kihei for it's weather, it's proximity to the ocean, and for the ease of getting to all areas of the island.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

In our unit you get both sunrise (over Haleakala) and gorgeous sunsets. We love the privacy that the 4th floor gives us, especially since there is a very large open space between us and the condo complex across the way. The beach just across the street is wonderful, there's a walking 'path' from our beach all the way to Wailea and it's all along the beach. It is just comfy, homey, beachy, and a great place to stay. We also provide beach chairs, a cooler and other beach items for your use.
