OCEAN VIEW - The condominium is located on the ground floor in Building 10 (one of the closest units to the beach in Building 10), directly opposite Kamaole III Beach (one of Maui's most famous sandy beaches), this condo is ideally situated for swimming, sensational snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching (winter months), miles of golden sand beaches for strolling, and outstanding sunset views.

Enjoy the views of the ocean from your Lanai. This unit also has a direct view of the fountain located on the property grounds and a large landscape area (green belt) directly outside the unit for outdoor activities or just enjoying the cool ocean breezes.

The facilities include two Jacuzzis, a large Pool with lounge chairs/recliners, children's Pool area, a wading Pool, four regulation Tennis Courts, eight double Gas Grills (BBQ), poolside restaurant and an Activity Center onsite. The resort has professional management and support staff onsite.

This updated unit is fully self-contained with air conditioning, two full bathrooms, complete kitchen facility, en suite washer and dryer, and large comfortable Lanai with lounge furniture.

You are walking distance to shopping, fine dining, and a short distance to the Wailea golf courses.

Paradise

This was our third time staying in the same condo. The view from lanai is beautiful. We loved waking up early to enjoy coffee while taking in the stunning ocean view. The location is perfect - close to everything you need. Be sure to catch the sunset every evening; it’s absolutely beautiful.

Wonderful beach for snorkeling a few steps away

Great access to beach, lots of turtles and fish to snorkel with! Some activities at the property like hula dance on Wednesday and Whale talks on Friday. Lots of good places to eat and hike.Property was well stocked, clean and spacious!

This stay was so great. It had some great places for shopping and eating that were walking distance. The accommodations were great, I wish we had stayed longer to be able to enjoy some more of them.

This property is beautiful. Very well kept grounds, pool was great, gym was small but very clean and provided exactly what we needed. Location was great, right across the street from beautiful beaches. We will 100% come back.

Wonderful vacation!

This place is very conveniently located across from Kamaole 3 which is a great breach to catch some sun and waves. Easy access to the walking path where we saw a turtle resting our first day. Great amenities including a well stocked kitchen and newer beach chairs. The large lanai was great for breakfast or an evening drink. Its within easy walking distance to many great restaurants.

Very Nice Stay

We have stayed in this condo a number of times. We love the location and the grounds. As some have said, there could be some updating, but the owners reflect that in their nightly rate for the condo. As far as value, it's quite good. If you're looking for a unit that has been completely remodeled and has all new stuff, you will pay the price.This place is a good value in a great location in a very nice complex.

Great Location!

Great location in Kamaole Sands with a view of the ocean from the lanai. I'm sure we spent more daylight hours sitting on the lanai than inside! Kam 3 beach is right across the road and all of the Kihei / Wailea beaches are only a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and size!

This property was perfect for our family of 5! The location can’t be beat and the lanai was perfect for accommodating our family of 5. We spent tons of time enjoying the breeze on the lanai while our kids played on the lawn. The condo was a great size and well equipped with comfortable beds and other nice amenities. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Location

The posting is accurate. Location of unit is very convenient access to beach and also the assigned parking spot is right by the unit and entrance/exit gate. Watching sunsets from the Lanai is so enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and Great Lanai

Great value for the location. Some issues with people parking in our designated spot and maintenance walking in while we were there, BUT, that is more on the property management, than the unit itself. They did deal with the parking issues fairly swiftly. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

I loved my stay here, the location is absolutely perfect. Walking 2 mins to the beach and 20 seconds to your parking spot. View from lanai is gorgeous. My friend stayed for a few nights and found the pullout comfy. Communication was prompt and it’s nice having a hybrid rental setting with the front desk always being open. I’ll happily stay here again!

Amazing!

We stayed over Christmas and had the most wonderful time. The unit has everything you need, with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. Our kids enjoyed the large field in front of the huge lanai. They provided chairs, boogie boards and various beach toys so we needed nothing. The whole property is beautiful and quiet. We stayed at 4 other condos here and this is by far our favourite! We will be back!!!!

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay very much, especially the large lanai, where we spent time early in the morning and later until sunset. Wonderful view. Supplies were adequate, only issue was when the dryer was running, the smoke alarm would go off, so decided it was easier to take laundry home. Listing stated there were 4 beds and slept 6, but was only the one queen and a hideabed. We were comfortable and totally enjoyed our time.

Great stay. Beautiful property.

My family of 5 had a great stay for 12 days at this property. It is exactly as advertised with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the large lanai with full dining table. Every meal was spent watching the ocean and listening to the waves from Kam III. Being on the ground floor walking out to the large green space was an added bonus. The location of the unit and the view are 10/10. The living room has a sofa bed which my three young kids (4, 7 and 9) had no problem sharing. The grounds of this resort are gorgeous and meticulously maintained. We will 100% come back. Mahalo for a great stay!

Nice place but needs some upgrades

We enjoyed our stay at this Kamaloe Sands unit. It was very clean and in a good location. The bed and the sofa, though, we’re not comfortable and the internet was spotty. The lanai window needs a full curtain. The owners communicated promptly and provided good beach resources and the kitchen was well equipped. We would stay here again but we hope that the owners can make some improvements.

Great 1-bedroom condo right by the beach

This is a great condo in an amazing location in South Kihei! The bedroom has an attached master bathroom and a closet to hang things in. There is also another bathroom with a shower and an in-house washing machine & dryer. The kitchen has what you need to do some cooking, and the living room/dining room is spacious. There is also a nice, big lanai with a beautiful view of the well-landscaped property and a view of the ocean. Sunsets from the yard/lanai were quite lovely. The overall furnishings of the condo are a bit dated and I found the couch to be a little bit uncomfortable, but overall, this was a lovely condo in a really prime location. It is about a 10 minute walk from some local shops, and there is also a bus stop about 3 minutes away. The beach is a minute away, and the attached park is a perfect sanctuary if you want to spend some time outside without all the accoutrements needed for the beach.
