Renovated beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath modern apartment - Beds are queen size for your comfort Wide pine floors, upgraded shaker style cabinets Granite counter-tops, SS appliances. Large open concert living. Large Master bedroom with Master bath. Sleeps 6 people. Off street parking for one vehicle. Heat/hot water, fully furnished, wifi/cable. Front loader washer/dryer. Central AC . Outside seating area. Short walking distance to commuter train to Boston. Walk downtown to restaurants and to beach, Very close proximity to historic district. Fully furnished, heat, hot water, electric, cable, wifi all included. Pots/pans utensils, linens , towels all as well.
No smokers please. Apartment is "townhouse style". Two floors. Completely private nothing is shared except the outside grass area. Parking reserved for ONE vehicle on site.

Perfect location. This is a duplex but we only heard others occasionally. Nice home, well stocked including bathroom amenities. Highly recommended. A small improvement would be a couch blanket. The family wanted to cuddle up with a spooky movie after our adventures

We loved our stay in Salem, MA, and loved the proximity to great sights around Salem, getting into Boston by train, and also proximity to the North Shore by car. The rental property was just as advertised and was comfortable and kept nice and cool with the AC. We have not complaints and would stay there again if back in that area.

This place was absolutely perfect! Beautiful, clean, stocked with any essentials I could possibly think of. The hosts and management were professional yet friendly and so helpful. Lastly the location and view can not be outdone, we stayed 2 weeks and wished I would have booked longer because it was so perfect.

Was an excellent location to everything. Very clean, comfortable. Updated but original building ethics remained. Beautiful. Only problem we had was the narrow, curving, steep steps to get up into our portion of the townhouse. 5 older women, dragging 50-pound suitcases up steps was a difficult feat. Younger people wouldn't think a thing about it. Don't remember reading anything about that in the reviews. Otherwise, was a fantastic place to rent.

We are four friends that travel together. One couple and two singles. This property was perfect because the couple took the upstairs master bedroom suite with adjoining bath, and the two singles, took the two bedrooms downstairs and shared the bath off the kitchen. The beds are super comfortable, but of course we were exhausted every night after walking around all day. This property is close to absolutely everything you want to do. Perfect location! We would book it again.The only thing I would tell people considering this property is that there are stairs. There’s a big flight up from the entry to the unit itself, and then once inside, there is another flight of stairs to the master bedroom suite. Anyone who has trouble with stairs may not find this ideal.

This is the best possible location to stay in Salem. The unit is across the street from Derby Wharf, close to downtown and the Salem Commons. The House of Seven Gables and the Custom House is an easy walkable distance. Salem Willows is a 1.5 mile walk away or a quick ride. The unit was clean and lovely with old floors with square nail heads which indicate the nails are old forged nails (take a look if you stay here). Laundry unit was great to have. Great kitchen with seating for 6 at the table. Great upper level suite. The little ones in our group slept really well - an indication that the unit was a comfortable space for them. Nice coffee shop across the street. A lot of restaurant choices in the area. Great walkability! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It was a great place to stay for our visit to Salem. The washer was moldy so we weren’t able to wash our clothes during the stay, which was disappointing. The stairs leading up to the unit were steep and narrow, which I felt wasn’t disclosed properly in the listing. It was a bit difficult getting up and down the stairs with our luggage. Otherwise, a wonderful stay in a nice home and a beautiful area.
