The location was awesome. We came to Mass to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter. The kitchen was just fine for Thanksgiving dinner. Just a suggestion that a knife set would be great. But we did just fine. Home is comfortable and hosts are awesome. The snacks they provided was such a nice touch.

Noreen and Jeff were wonderful hosts. Their communication was wonderful. They made sure we had everything and messaged us about how check in was. The place was very clean. They had snacks out for us. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

We booked this place a year ago and we were not disappointed. It was very nice and clean. We wanted to go to Salem and surrounding areas. We had no problem getting a uber as we didn’t wanna to deal with the parking problems that Salem has this time of yeat. I highly recommend this place. Our host was very gracious. And if we make it back we would choose this place again.

Marblehead vacation

Rented the unit for our daughter, her husband and 3 kids (6, 8, 10) who live in New Zealand. “Perfect place” is the description they used for the rental. It had everything they needed for their two week stay. It is located in an ideal location for easy walking to everywhere they wanted to go. Thoughtful. Peaceful. Perfection.

Each member of our family at some point every single day commented that it felt like we truly were living in the hosts beautiful, welcoming home. As in this is not your typical bare bones vacation rental. It is someone sharing their well curated home with you. Upon entering we struggled to unpack, because we quickly realized every need had been anticipated and graciously provided. You are greeted by a personal "welcome sign" and the techie questions are answered before they were asked. The kitchen was quite impressively stocked with everything our creative cooks needed from prep, to plate. There are multiple coffee makers, and even a bread maker. In the morning we gathered for coffee in the quaint private backyard space. In the evenings the large living room accommodated readers, watchers, and board game enthusiasts. The bedrooms and their closets were spacious and the mattresses were so comfortable we had to find out the company that made them. Another extra the host family provided was use of their camp chairs, towels, and coolers available for outdoor excursions. In a nutshell. The home was immaculate. It offered us more than we could have imagined. Check in was a breeze. The host communicated quickly before, during and after our stay offering recommendations even during the 4th of July festival week. Our family returns to MHD every year, and we feel as if we have found the perfect place to continue creating wonderful memories.
