Very nice and roomy with everything your family needs
From the fully stocked kitchen, giant washer and dryer and giant TV, to the quiet location and comfy beds, this is a great place to stay!
Wonderful experience! Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Max’s vacation rental! The house is very clean and had everything that we needed to be comfortable. It is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood which we enjoyed coming home to each night to relax and rest up for our next adventure. Thank you, Max, for being such a great host! It was the perfect place for our stay in Anchorage, and we would definitely stay here again!
Lovely home on quiet cul-de-sac
My family (4 adults and twin 8-year old girls) stayed in this delightful house for 10 nights. We arrived late in the evening, but the owner was very responsive and provided all the information we needed to self check-in and provided contact info in case of a problem. We loved the house. The living area has large windows and a vaulted wood ceiling so it feels cozy but roomy. The kitchen is large enough to have 2 or 3 people working in it. There is a Keurig coffee pot and we were thrilled to see there were coffee pods for the next morning. (After a long day of travelling we hadn't felt up for a grocery run after we arrived.) There also were many basic food and condiment items, and the kitchen is very well supplied with pots, pans, utensils, etc. We enjoyed sitting on the deck off the dining room. We used the gas grill, which appears to be connected to the main gas line of the house. There also is a gas fire pit on the deck, but it requires propane which we didn't have. The 3 bedrooms all have very comfortable beds well supplied with nice sheets and blankets. The large bedroom has attached bath and there is a second bathroom near the other 2 bedrooms. Our impression was that the owner wants to make sure guests have the comfort of home and furnishes the property accordingly. The house more than met our comfort needs and served as a wonderful base while we explored Anchorage and took day trips to Wasilla, Talkeetna, Whittier, Matanuska glacier and much more.
Loved Our Stay in the Chuguch Foothills Chalet
The house was clean, cozy and the perfect 3 bedroom for our 5 people. The large screen TV was very appreciated as was the refigerator and washer and dryer after spending a few days in remote areas of Alaska.
Wonderful home. Great neighborhood. I felt like I was in my own home, everything was comfortable, clean and well thought out. It was a great space.
Perfect! Our first choice if we visit the Anchorage area again.
House was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were better than the $400 a night resort we stayed at about 30 miles to the south. Max was excellent to work with, he was very good at responding to messages and providing info.
House is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood close to all the city offerings of dining, entertainment and shopping. Also just a few minutes away from the solitude and adventure of Chugach State Park.
