Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6) Near Park City Mountain Resort
You’ll love staying at Snow Blaze. We are conveniently located across the street from the base of Park City Mountain Resort.
Our unit is truly family-owned and operated. You really are renting from the owner. Several of the units listed on VRBO are managed by property management companies and their rates reflect it. Our rates are lower because we do not list our condo through a property management company and don’t pay commissions. As thrifty travelers ourselves, we are happy to pass those savings on to you.
Our vacation home is 900 square feet and sleeps six (two queens and twin bunk). We offer a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The queen beds are new, as are the three flat-screen HDTVs in the living room and bedrooms. A combo washer/dryer was added as part of the recent bathroom renovation. Other amenities include a wood burning fireplace, plenty of firewood, and complimentary high-speed wireless internet exclusively dedicated to our unit alone. You'll have access to our heated pool, hot tub and fire pit. Just down the hall is a fitness center.
Our newest renovations includes new hardwood flooring in the living area and new carpet, paint and furniture in the bedrooms. Be among the first to enjoy these improvements!
Snowblaze is only steps from Park City Mountain Resort and historic Main Street. It’s only a three minute walk across the parking lot to the high-speed Payday and Crescent lifts and the ‘greatest snow on earth.’ Just out the door is a Park City Transit shuttle stop, providing free transportation to Deer Valley, The Canyons, Utah Olympic Park, the Outlet Mall, or nearly anywhere you want to go around Park City.
Half a block away you’ll find the historic Miners Hospital and City Park, including a skate park. Across Park Avenue you will find the newly renovated Park City Library, where you can check out a book for the week or visit the Guinea pigs that live there. In about five minutes you can be in the heart of Main Street’s many shops, art galleries and world-class restaurants. We like to walk because with all the calories you are walking off, you can eat what you want. And the walk home is all downhill!
Nearby you’ll also find grocery, wine/liquor, drug stores and other retail outlets.
There is no check-in to hassle with. You can come directly from the airport to the unit and enter using an access code provided in advance.

Our family loves the mountains and beach. Since we have neither in Dallas, we purchased Snowblaze 108 after skiing Park City over two spring breaks.
Linda purchased this Condo in 2007
Why Linda chose Old Town
Our condo complex is small and quiet and a short walk to Park City Mountain Resort and Main Street. We love Park City because of the beauty of the Wasatch, the energy of Main Street, its history and old homes, and of course, the ‘Greatest Snow on Earth.’ Everyone seems happy here especially the dogs! Most locals have dogs and they like to bring them along to Main Street.
What makes this Condo unique
One of our favorite things about Snowblaze is its distance from the airport. You can be here in 35 minutes from Salt Lake International. That's about the same time it takes to drive from our home in Dallas to DFW Airport! We like walking home for lunch on ski days and walking to Main Street for dinner or shopping. It's also fun to ski Deer Valley or drive over to Snowbird or Alta (45 min. drive). After a day on the mountain, the hot tub, fire pit and heated pool are great ways to relax. In the summer, we love the cool temperatures, hiking every morning, fly fishing, mountain biking, Park Silly, the Farmer's Market and the midweek concert at Deer Valley.

Location to PCMR
Great location to PCMR. 3-5 minute walk. Condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked that made for a great ski vacation.
Great location for family ski trip!
Thank you Gee family for sharing your wonderful condo with us! We spent New Year's week enjoying beautiful Park City with our two kids (12 and 9). Wish there had been a little more snow but can't really blame anyone for that! We still got in 2 good days of skiing and road the alpine coaster at the mountain which was awesome! I think the best part was the proximity to town, which was great. It was a little walk but we enjoyed every minute taking in the historic charm of the town. We had great food at the Eating Establishment and Davanza's. I forgot to mention that the condo itself is right across from the slopes and also near the grocery store which was great. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4 (could easily fit a couple more kids too) and it was really nicely maintained. We had an easy check-in/check-out process and the condo really had all the necessities. We used the hot tub several times and usually had it privately to ourselves. The only slight concern was that due to the fact that the building itself is a bit older, there was some noise from the people above us - but we had ear plugs, so all was okay. We are so appreciative of the great trip!
This was a wonderful home-base for our hiking trip to Park City this summer. The condo was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to easily walk to the downtown area and enjoy all of the shops and restaurants in Park City.
Fun Stay at Park City
My wife, two grown sons and I came and stayed at Linda's condo the first week of April. The condo is within walking distance of the Park City Ski Resort lifts. My wife doesn't ski, so it was convenient for my sons & I to walk to & from the lifts each day while she was off site seeing. The condo was clean & well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The price was very reasonable considering its location. Would definitely stay there again. One final note. One of my sons left a pre-paid debit card in the condo. The cleaning crew found it, turned it in to Linda and she alerted us and mailed it back to us. Thanks Linda!
Great place to stay, easy walk to the base of the hill. The unit was the perfect size for 5 of us.
Great place to stay for easy walk to the base of the mountain. Unit was a great size for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub after skiing each day. Town with all the shops and restaurants was only a short walk or free bus ride away.
Alpine Coaster year around; Alpine Slide, ZipRider, Climbing Wall, Human Maze, Legacy Launcher, Little Miners Park during the summer season.
