The main staircase leads up from the sitting room and is not steep with a hand rail, to a large landing with wooden flooring.

Bedroom 1: a good sized room with king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, electric fan and built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 2: overlooks the garden king-size bed with bedside tables, electric fan and lamps a built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: has double bunk beds, bedside table, electric fan and lamp.

It has a fully enclosed rear walled garden which which is mainly lawned and has a paved area with outside table and chairs.
