About this property

Ski Vail 30 Minutes from Eagle, Colorado

This Townhome is located along the Eagle River and within 5 minutes from the Eagle-Vail Airport (ege). 20 minutes from the Glenwood Springs Hot Spring Pools and only 25 minutes from world class skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, rafting and horseback riding. Great fly fisihing is just a 5 min. walk down the slope to the eagle river. Bring your hip wanders!

The large kitchen is great for cooking and has all the utinsiles with pots and pans. You will need to bring your own condements and speices for cooking. There is a small patio with a BBQ located off the back door from the kitchen. There are 2 refrigerators for multiple people that want to separate their own foods or just have room for large gatherings. A full washer and dryer are located in this area too. There is a 50'' Sony flatscreen TV with blue ray dvd and dvr for cable box in the living room. The bedrooms in unit have a premium queen bed in one bedroom and the other bedroom has one-full and one twin size bunk beds in the other master bedroom. There is a separate entry area prior to main home to remove muddy boots and clothing, while holding your skies and fishing poles. We have plenty of parking for snowmobile trailers, atv's and other vehicles. Eagle temperatures run 5-10 degrees warmer then Vail and the snow accumulation is less then a foot. This Town home is close to recreation center and food store along with a Costco 1/2 mile away. You are also only 1.25 hours to Aspen, CO.

Comfortable rental with nice kitchen

We had a lovely time and liked the two refrigerators in the kitchen. The owner was responsive to our questions. The rental is on the grounds of a landscaping business and is close businesses, restaurants and grocery stores as well Highway and interstate access.

Great Adventure Base Camp

This property was great - clean, tidy, and had all of the essentials. It’s not fancy and a little hard to find, but the directions from the property manager were super helpful to find the place in the dark. Our dog loved it! We stayed in an end unit and had great access to a small yard to walk the dog. We will definitely be back!

Great little hideaway!

As we pulled in to the landscaping yard, we were wondering if we were in the right place, but just keep going and you will find your home away from home! This place had everything we needed and more and was very comfortable for our family of 4. Our daily destination was Glenwood Springs and it is a short and beautiful drive through the canyon. We loved the blue-ray player and used it every night! Thank you for a beautiful getaway!

Nice condo for our outdoor trip

This condo suited our group perfectly. It is in a bit of an unusual location being on the grounds of a landscaping business, but is very nice inside. It had everything we needed for our group and we were happy to be away from the crowds in the nearby towns. It was conveniently located close to Gypsum and Eagle with their stores and restaurants. There is also a Costco very close to the condo. It's a great starting point for our outdoor activities in the area. We even had deer walking through the parking lot on several occasions. There's plenty of parking and the owners were great to deal with and resolved any issues quickly. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it if you want to be away from the crowds, but still have conveniences nearby.

Great stay

We again enjoyed our stay as this is an excellent location for multiple vacation opportunities. Nothing walkable to from the property, but easy access by car to shops and restaurants in Gypsum and Eagle. Perfect siting halfway between Vail/Beaver Creek and Glenwood Springs allowed skiing one day followed by hot springs on the next. It also had direct fishing access where I could hit beautiful rainbow trout on the Eagle River.

This home was in a great location and very quiet. The views were beautiful out the window every morning. Costco is 2 minutes down the road for gas and food. Eagle is a very cute town with great BBQ at Moe’s!

Spacious Townhouse

This townhouse was nice for us because our family whom we were visiting live only 5 minutes away. The kitchen and living area are spacious and the laundry room and half bath are conveniently located on the main floor. The two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs are average sized. The decor and furniture are a little outdated and the mattress that we slept on sagged in the middle. There were also some light bulbs out. However, the townhouse was well built so the noise from the airport and I-70 was just white noise in the background, which didn't bother us at all. It was much nicer than staying in a noisy hotel. We felt very safe in the location and enjoyed our walks along the upper river ridge. The owner was easy to communicate with and accommodated us at the last minute. I'm sure we'll stay there again in the future.

I love the outdoors and the setting with this townhome is great for relaxing, fishing, biking or hiking up the colorado river. I travel a lot and with the Eagle Airport just up the hill from me I do not have to fight traffic. The golf is also great in the area and very reasonably priced.

Why they chose this property

This unit is unquie in the sense that families can all be together and enjoy their privacy while visiting friends or relatives or just up for a weekend of snow sports or summer activities. All of which are very abundant in Eagle County.

What makes this property unique

The location to other towns and amenities; Eagle Airport, Glenwood Springs, Vail/Beaver Creek, Eagle River sets below these townhones. There is access to good fly fishing, rafting and a variety golf courses to full fill your day for the whole family. Not to mention the winter events from snow skiing, snowmobiling and a year-round community recreation center, located 3 miles west of where you are staying.
