This is a beautiful year round house/cabin with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 full kitchen & partial kitchen on lower level. 150 feet of shoreline, short 8 step elevation to water with dock. Winters are fabulous too! Hundreds of miles of trails within 1 mile! Easy access. This view is spectacular! Views from both sides of house. Hear the loons, swans, ducks & many more beautiful creatures.
Home is located on the Woman Lake chain just inside Girl Lake. 6,600 acres of lake for you to boat and fish. National Geographic voted Woman Lake the most beautiful lake in the world! Just 1 mile from town of Longville. Great shopping & restaurants. You can boat over to town to eat & drink. World famous Wednesday morning turtle races, The Woodpile , Mini Golf, Trails, Airport, coffee shop, grocery store & beautiful retail shops. Just 15 minutes from Hackensack for more shopping, movies and dining. Miles of trails accessed thru the Paul Bunyan Trail, Wood Tick Trail & Chippewa National Forest. Walker is just a short 25 mile drive. Northern Lights Casino, Famous Reeds Sporting Goods, tons of quaint shops & Chase on The Lake for fine dining. Piggy BBQ. The Woman Lake 6,600 acre chain has outstanding fishing for Walleye & Bass. 10 major fishing lakes within 10 miles of cabin if you want to take your boat & explore!
The main floor of the cabin has 1 larger bedroom, full bath, kitchen, dining area, large living area and walk out to the deck over looking the beautiful views of the lake.
The lower level offers 3 bedrooms, smaller living area, dining, kitchenette, full bath and walks out to the yard and lake. We have two other cabins (not on lake) for over flow rental.
Lift is not included. 1 boat can be tied up to dock space. Anything additional please inquire

We have stayed at this property multiple times, and we have a great visit each time. The lake is fabulous, the cabin is clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. Perfect Family Stay

This house on the lake is the perfect location for a family getaway. The lower level provides its own area including bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge area and kitchenette. This home was even more than we expected and very nicely decorated. Kitchen fully stocked, comfortable beds and spaces. Would definitely stay here again!!

We have always had a dream to own a cabin up north that we could fix up, use for our family and share as a rental. We co-own the cabin with a family member, Keith Peterson. The three of us did all of the work to improve and decorate this home for rental!
Jim & Rhonda live in Mound across from Spring Park Bay on Lake Minnetonka. Rhonda is a realtor with Edina Realty & Jim owns Pahl Exteriors, LLC. Keith Peterson is a retired pipe fitter living in St. Louis Park. All three of us grew up in Bloomington, MN.

Why they chose this property

We grew up going to our grandma & grandpa's lake property on Leech Lake most of our lives. Our grandpa was a Chippewa Indian born & raised on Leech Lake. He had a bay named after him called Bungy Bay! This area has a special place in our hearts.

What makes this property unique

When we purchased this property we wanted the lake and area to be full recreational. The Woman Lake chain & Longville provide this for all. You are secluded in nature but have access to everything you need with a 1 mile distance. The lake is full of all popular MN fish species that every one enjoys!
