This is a cute home with an accurate description. The pool was absolutely perfect, although the lounge chairs are all broken and definitely need replacing (not the hosts responsibility, though) The only thing i would change is a keypad for the house door. With 4 of us coming and going we were tossing keys back and forth quite a bit. Otherwise, 5 stars! Close to great shopping and restaurants and hiking. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Beginning of the time was a bit bumpy, some details were not as smooth as they could have been (gate code changed, bedding config changed). Once we got settled in, place was really very nice and comfortable. Pool area was great, we used the fire pit. Many small attentions to detail were thought of by the host. Overall, very positive experience and enjoyed Scottsdale very much.
Great pool, hot tub and fire pit area just across the street.

This is in a good location but the road traffic is nosey and you can still hear it at night, the beds are uncomfortable and old, all of the lounge chairs at the pool were torn (so you couldn’t use them) except for two, and overall the place wasn’t clean. The linens were either dirty or stained.

I am so sorry to hear this! We had a new cleaning crew fill in and obviously missed things. I can assure you all linens are brand new now! Otherwise we have been complimented a lot for comfortable beds.. The HOA is in charge of replacing the pool chairs, that should be done by now.. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

9 Day Stay for MSBL Tournament

Our stay was amazing. The condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed, situated in gated community with a wonderful swimming pool and spa. Marsha was a great host, helped us get there and provided everything we needed. It was like a home away from home. We hope to return next year.

After being transferred to South America with his job, my father passed away and my mother decided to relocate from our home in Buenos Aires Argentina to a small state side dwelling. In 1976 she came upon this cute little townhouse in the midst of the up and coming city of Scottsdale, Arizona. It was the last model home in the Villa Del Oro community, close to all kinds of shopping, entertainment, restaurants, resorts, schools, and outdoor activities. This home was a perfect location for her close to everything she would need or want! So for the next few decades my mother Mildred Annette ( she never liked her first name ) , lived there happily until recently at the age of 90.

I am now a single mother of five children living in Goodyear, Arizona, with two sons serving in the Marines, two in college, and my youngest soon to start high school. As a working mother, and caregiver of my mom, her escalating dementia became more than my sister and I could handle, so it became necessary to place her into a group home. Her Scottsdale home was remodeled and is now available as a vacation rental to help cover her care expenses. My hope is to be able to keep this town home in our family as a place of respite, but also as a place to share with people who want to visit and explore this beautiful area.

Our home includes access to the onsite clubhouse across the street that offers a heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi with lots of seating and umbrella tables. Guests are also able to enjoy the relaxing living room style seating and TV inside the clubhouse, which also includes a pool table and shuffle board, fitness area with locker room, sauna and showers. This is the perfect place for a relaxing, quiet, get away that is accessible to all kinds of activities when you want to explore sunny Scottsdale. Public transportation pick up is accessible steps away, with direct access only a couple blocks away ,to Fashion square mall , Tourist friendly art shops, hundreds of top notch restaurants, resorts, with an amazing night life of awesome clubs and bars and much more in the heart of Scottsdale.
