We are centrally located in the Heart of Old Town Scottsdale!
Our home includes access to the onsite clubhouse just steps away, offering a heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi with plenty of seating, umbrella tables and outdoor shuffle board! Guests are also able to enjoy the relaxing living room and TV inside the clubhouse, which also includes a pool table, fitness room with locker area, sauna and showers. This is the perfect place for a relaxing get away that is accessible to all kinds of activities and entertainment when you want to explore Sunny Scottsdale! Public transportation is just around the corner. We are only blocks away from Fashion Square Mall and countless unique tourist friendly shopping, hundreds of top notch restaurants and beautiful resorts! Surrounded by an extraordinary night life of distinct clubs, bars and Live Music of all kinds!! Free WiFi, Free Wireless Internet
The property has the following sleeping arrangement:
1 King Bed in Master Bedroom
1 Full/Double Bed in Guest Bedroom
& a queen size air mattress with additional bedding

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time)
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
There is a limit of 6 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 8 adults at any time.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Beginning of the time was a bit bumpy, some details were not as smooth as they could have been (gate code changed, bedding config changed). Once we got settled in, place was really very nice and comfortable. Pool area was great, we used the fire pit. Many small attentions to detail were thought of by the host. Overall, very positive experience and enjoyed Scottsdale very much.

Paradise in Paradise Valley

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Our 5 and 3 year old loved the pool, hot tub and the backyard to play in. The condo was very clean, well stocked with towels, linens and kitchen appliances. Beds were very comfortable. The neighbors were very friendly when at the pool. Great location! We stayed for 3 1/2 weeks and were very happy with the location, garage and yard for our dog and sipping coffee in the morning. Thr kitchen was fully stocked and there was lots of closet and drawer space. Management was responsive, and we had everything we needed. We’ll be back!

After being transferred to South America with his job, my father passed away and my mother decided to relocate from our home in Buenos Aires Argentina to a small state side dwelling. In 1976 she came upon this cute little townhouse in the midst of the up and coming city of Scottsdale, Arizona. It was the last model home in the Villa Del Oro community, close to all kinds of shopping, entertainment, restaurants, resorts, schools, and outdoor activities. This home was a perfect location for her close to everything she would need or want! So for the next few decades my mother Mildred Annette ( she never liked her first name ) , lived there happily until recently at the age of 90.

Why they chose this property

I am now a single mother of five children living in Goodyear, Arizona, with two sons serving in the Marines, two in college, and my youngest soon to start high school. As a working mother, and caregiver of my mom, her escalating dementia became more than my sister and I could handle, so it became necessary to place her into a group home. Her Scottsdale home was remodeled and is now available as a vacation rental to help cover her care expenses. My hope is to be able to keep this town home in our family as a place of respite, but also as a place to share with people who want to visit and explore this beautiful area.

Guests are also able to enjoy the relaxing living room style seating and TV inside the clubhouse, which also includes a pool table and shuffle board, fitness area with locker room, sauna and showers. This is the perfect place for a relaxing, quiet, get away that is accessible to all kinds of activities when you want to explore sunny Scottsdale. Public transportation pick up is accessible steps away, with direct access only a couple blocks away ,to Fashion square mall , Tourist friendly art shops, hundreds of top notch restaurants, resorts, with an amazing night life of awesome clubs and bars and much more in the heart of Scottsdale.
