Craig-Na-Barnach
Set right on the shores of Loch Fyne, Craig-Na-Barnach is a wonderful home-from-home offering space, comfort and spectacular waterfront views. With the garden gate leading directly onto the shoreline, it's a truly special place to relax, explore and enjoy the beauty of Argyll.
Inside, the cottage offers two inviting living spaces. The formal living room features a comfortable sofa and TV with BT Sport — ideal for quiet evenings or catching a game. Across the hall, the cosy snug with leather sofas and a wood-burning stove provides the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
At the rear of the cottage is a bright and spacious dining kitchen, well equipped for everything from simple breakfasts to special meals. It includes quality KitchenAid accessories (including a stand mixer) and enjoys lovely views across the loch, with patio doors opening onto the decking and garden. A separate utility room provides a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge and separate freezer, while the downstairs wet room is ideal for rinsing off after a swim or paddle in the loch.
Upstairs you'll find two comfortable double bedrooms and a second bathroom featuring a bath — perfect for a long soak after a busy day outdoors.
Outside, the cottage really comes into its own. The enclosed garden and decking area offer comfortable outdoor seating and uninterrupted views across the loch. The garden gate opens directly onto the shore, making it perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding or simply enjoying the wildlife. Otters, seals, porpoises and herons are regularly seen here, and occasionally even sea eagles pass overhead.
A separate games room in the summerhouse at the rear of the garden includes a pool table, darts and board games — all with beautiful loch views and a perfect vantage point for watching the sunset on long summer evenings.
Craig-Na-Barnach is ideal for couples or two couples travelling together, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax.
Dog Friendly
Dogs are very welcome at Craig-Na-Barnach — we believe family holidays should include the whole family. Bowls, blankets and cleaning equipment are provided to make travelling with pets easy, and the downstairs flooring is practical for muddy paws.
There are no restrictions on size or breed, and dogs are charged at £10 each per stay. We simply ask that you confirm the number in advance and leave the property clean and tidy on departure.
The rear garden is enclosed with fencing approximately 120 cm high (with gates at around 100 cm), designed to keep most dogs safely contained.

Explore the Area
The surrounding area offers fantastic walking and cycling opportunities, with miles of routes accessible directly from the cottage. Quiet forest tracks make it easy to explore by bike without needing to use main roads.
