Fun at the Beach

We had a great 1 week stay in Lavallette. The place was centrally located with short walks to the beach and restaurants. Looking forward to going back next year!

Cute home- had all the amenities I needed. Great location- very close to the beach. Can walk to stores/restaurants- nice neighborhood. Ann was very responsive to any needs.

Beautiful and comfortable home, great location

We just got back from an amazing week at the shore. This house was perfect for our needs, very comfortable living and felt like home. Short walk to the beach and all of our favorite Lavallette restaurants! Beautiful back yard and view of the bay. Owner was extremely nice and accommodating with quick response when we had a question about the TV/remotes. We wish we could be back there!

Great property and location

Ann was a great host and very receptive. The property is clean, walk to the beach and a short beach bike ride to town. The main bedroom mattress was great and having TV's in all the rooms was a nice feature. It wasn’t the end of the world but the property can use some updating with newer appliances and outdoor grill. We had a great stay.

our favorite place

This was the second time we rented this house for a week and we love it. It is far enough away from the craziness of the avenue. It is clean and safe. It is a great place to relax and unwind. We plan on coming back again and again.

Amazing House for a Shore Getaway

After doing a ton of research into potential rentals down the shore, we went with a his absolute gem in Lavallette. The house was charming and comfortable and impeccably maintained and we felt right at home as soon as we checked in. The location could not be beat either. You are a block from both the bay and the ocean and are within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants in downtown Lavallette. We had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Awesome location, beautiful home!

Had a blast at this home with my kids. Beach was beautiful, and so were sunsets on the bay. Great coffee house down the block. Clean and gorgeous home. Second room for kids was small but comfortable. Nice TVs! Ann the owner was responsive. Will come back.

Great stay at a nice house in a great location.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay on West Bayberry Way. It was a real plus to be able to bring our 2 Dachshunds. The house was cozy and clean. It was an easy walk to the beautiful beach and we all loved walking on the bay side as well. There we watched an amazing sunset from the pier. We ate at Lennys which was delicious and took a short drive to Seaside to enjoy the Boardwalk. We BBQ'd and one rainy day played scrabble, chess & checkers (supplied by the home owner).

Cute place to rent for a beach vacation!

We enjoyed this rental very much. It was clean and functional. Having a washing machine and dryer is key. we did not have to bring down tons of clothing and towels etc. We washed as we needed. The Neighbors were all very nice. Short trip to the beach and bay. Great internet connection. We would definitely rent again!!!

Beautiful Beach home with all you need for a fantastic stay at the beach !!!!

My family and I stayed here the last week of July 2017, before we arrived Ann the owner had sent me a list of instructions which was all and everything I needed to know! The house was clean and bright,the kithchen is stocked with plates,cups,glasses and really anything you might need. There is a nice gas BBQ outside,we just replaced the gas because it was empty( which was no big deal) and a lovely dining area outside for those evenings we didn't feel like going out. If you do feel like going out Ann had recommended Lenny's, and she was absolutety right, it's great but, bring your own bottle if you want a glass of wine:) The icecream place accross from Lenny's was really good!! Overall our stay was wonderful, really, really wonderful!!!

Needs more attention and better communication

A number of things need attention: removal of very moldy and broken shower curtain; having more than one shelf in a refrigerator; having some cabinets for food; having clean blankets and pillows; not having multiple outside garbage cans filled with garbage; a trundle bed that can be opened without blocking exit from the room; and on the website it should be abundantly clear that you have to provide your own linens, towels, toilet paper, dish soap etc, etc. (we were informed of this 10:00pm the night before arriving). Website says, "comfortably sleeps six"-that is an overstatement, It is tight with 6. Location was great.

Beautiful gem by the beach

After driving ten hours, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The home was quaint, beautiful, comfortable, clean, and exactly as advertised. We had no issues gaining access to the property and Ann was quick to response if/when I sent her a message. It was located in a perfect location to all my husband and I wanted to do, walking distance to several eateries, and the beach. This was one of our easiest stays! We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again.

Clean, Comfortable Beach Home

Sad family business in the area brought me to search out a place to stay locally. Once that was complete I actually asked the host to stay on four more nights because the house was so clean, the neighborhood friendly, the accommodations comfortable and the sea air very healing. Would definitely recommend. Location is everything.

Cozy relaxing vacation

Overall good experience. Cute place for couple or few guests. Nice yard and neighborhood. House was very clean. My one complaint is they need a new showerhead as its all over the place. Can also spring for some new curtains that dont fall everytime you move them. Other than that, was perfect for a relaxing week

There is not a better beach in the world than the Jersey Shore! And this home is close to everything - parks, beaches, mini golf, bagel shop, ice cream, restaurants, etc. - all walking distance.

Easy access to both the ocean beach and bay beach, one block each way, means this home is in the ideal location. Recently remodeled with top off the line appliances throughout. Excellent beach association has fun stuff for the entire family. Raised home means even Hurricane Sandy can't flood it.
