In 2021 a deep and refreshing dipping pool was added to the deck area. The pool is perfect for kids to play with supervision and has a large bench area to sit in the water and have a beverage of choice watching the monkeys pass overhead. The upstairs also has a covered deck hammock area, an open air space for viewing the night sky, and both a sofa bed and a roll out queen bed that can be used to accommodate larger groups. The home is located in the center of the property and offers living fence privacy and abundant wildlife viewing. Four species of monkeys can be seen from the comfort of the hammock. All types of birds visit the various fruit trees daily. The gardens are mature with fruit and herbs and foraging is encouraged.
