Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Relax in the center of town in this Caribbean-inspired haven with accommodations for 4 overlooking Cerulean Park. Dark rattan and island green furnishings against creamy walls and light wood floors create an upscale coastal atmosphere. The living room is furnished with a pale khaki sofa, pair of comfortable chairs, and antiqued sage armoire housing a flatscreen TV. The adjacent guest room has a queen sofa sleeper and enjoys access to the furnished screened balcony with park views.

The primary suite contains a queen bed and teak armoire housing a smart tv. Its private bath features a deep, jetted tub and single vanity. The kitchen has warm-toned cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. There's room for 2 at the breakfast bar, with dining for 6 at the nearby table. The second bath is equipped with a walk-in shower and single vanity. Open and screened balconies offer great vantage points for relaxing in this multi-family residence in the center of town.

It was one of my favorite VRBOs and trips. Location was great - easy walk to the beach club, wine bar with good food down below, candy bar with ice-cream for the kids. We had a blast at the beach club pools. Easy walk to seaside and all that it offers as well. Beach is of course gorgeous. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back.

Perfect Stay For Small Family.

The condo was oversized and very spacious. The rocking chair and swing on the porch were perfect for rocking the baby and the bedroom was large enough to accommodate a pack and play. The location can’t be beat. We will be back!

Great Experience and Fantastic Location

We had an awesome stay at Watercolor! The location couldn't have been better. It was great being right above the wine shop and restaurant, and we actually had dinner there one night, which was really convenient. Plus, being just a quick walk from the beach club and the beach itself was perfect.The unit turned out to be much roomier than we expected from the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. We especially enjoyed relaxing out on the balcony since it was the perfect spot to unwind.We did run into a minor issue the first night because there weren't any linens provided for the pullout bed when we arrived late. Thankfully, the management company took care of it quickly the next day, and they were super responsive the whole time. If you're planning on using the pullout bed, I'd suggest checking in with management beforehand just to be safe.Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back again!

Perfect location

If you are looking for a perfect location, this is it! Convenient to the Watercolor Beach Club, shops and Wine world. The property was very clean and well stocked. Our only issue was the queen size bed( should have a King) and it was not comfortable. Not fun going on vacation and having to downsize to a smaller bed. All in all a good property!!

Perfect location! Great condo, bigger than it looks in the photos. Great patio. 360 Blue was very helpful anytime we needed something. They surprised us with a crib for out baby! Much nicer than the pack/play we going to use. We will be back I’m sure!

Perfect spot right across from the pool club. The condo itself could used some updating. Scuffed paint and baseboards everywhere and refrigerator was not the one in the pictures and did not even have an ice maker.

Beautiful condo, lousy property manager

Pros: Tastefully decorated, fantastic location, well-stocked with great amenities BUT 360 Blue was ATROCIOUS. Did not leave me the # of wristbands required to access EVERYTHING at Watercolor. I called 6 times after getting harassed by multiple times by pool and beach gate guards for not having enough bands for each member of my family. 360 Blue blamed it on HOA and did nothing to remedy the situation, so harassment by Watercolor gate guards continued the entire time. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will not rent with 360 Blue again -

great location!

loved the location and loved the condo!! it was me and my husband and our 17 month old and more than enough space. loved the back porch and the swing and the view was nice with the park/ fountain. it was a quick 3 min walk to beach! we rented a wagon and beach chairs through baby quip (much cheaper than renting the silly expensive watercolor chairs!) so we spent all mornings at the beach. we loved having access to the pools. this was a super quick like 1 minute walk to the beach club pools and 1 mile walk or shuttle to camp watercolor pools. we did rent a car and drove to nearby towns for dinners. I was disappointed in the 360 blue amenities that they provided... very very stingy. tiniest salt and pepper i have ever seen, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 extra trash bag in the kitchen (2 total), 2 pods for the laundry and very small samples of shampoos/ soaps for showers. I would assume someone there for a shorter stay would get these same amenities so being that we were there for 6 nights I would think we would get extras! that was a turn off. I have stayed at many home rentals and the amenities are always sooo plentiful so this just felt cheap!

360 Blue ruined the vacation - specifically Danielle

Not enough space here to get into how awful this property company was to me, but I will say absolutely NO customer service. 360 Blue blamed VRBO for a mishap on wristbands (because of a bo l to indicate ages on VRBO and transferring info??). Then it became a Watercolor HOA issue. All I wanted was 4 passes for my family of 4 who I paid for to stay to have passes to go to the pool at Watercolor resort. I was told over and over that my issues have been resolved when I repeatedly argued that “no, they have not”. When I could not get a word in. Danielle hung up on me three times when I asked to speak to Management. I was told that she was “capable of taking care of my issues and would NOT be transferring me to a manger to speak to. (no wristbands for 2 people, bike issues, sheets lacking, non-working oven). I have never been treated so poorly. As a side note, She even followed up by calling me after the trip to tell me they are doing nothing to compensate us for our horrible stay…and added management still would not talk to us. I handled the wristbands through the help of Watercolor Staff myself. In fact, Danielle argued with Watercolor staff too. It was an all day event of me and my family losing vacation time. Nothing was handled by 360 Blue or Danielle to make our vacation or stay better. If I were the owner of this property, I would certainly seek new management!
