Restful stay!

Grateful to Dan and Becky and to VRBO for making these affordable units available. The photos on line are true to this unit. Clean and very comfortable and of course the view is exceptional. We slept well in a comfy bed and enjoyed the quiet community overall. No question we would enjoy staying here again. Barb and Paul

Property is dated and the furniture was very uncomfortable.

Upon arrival we have an issue with security. We were given a day pass and asked to go to the main office to resolve the issue. The property owners did not notify the main office that we were staying for the weekend. The main office confirmed our stay with the owners and then assured us that she would correct the issue and notify security of our stay. Well, that didn't happen. We continued to have security issues every time we returned to the property. The property was clean, but dated. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. We were left a half of a roll of toilet paper, no sponge to wash dishes and no blow dyer. This was our first time staying at a private property and more than likely our last. Even though the stay was cheaper than a hotel, the amenities can't be compared to a hotel. I guess you get what you pay for. Overall, we were dissatisfied.

The condo was perfect for the quick getaway I needed. Quiet, clean, nice pool, beautiful sunsets, wifi so I could work on the balcony overlooking the Gulf. Thank you so much!

The facility was great.

We have stayed in many VRBOs in various places across the country and this place was the least stocked place when it came to kitchen items. If you plan to cook, bring everything you need. We stayed 5 days and had 1 roll of toilet paper, no extra supplies. We had to buy our own. Very little soap in both bathroom and kitchen. We had to refill their containers with dish soap from under the sink

Great place!

The pictures didn't do this place justice. It was so much nicer than the photos online. Quiet place. We saw a baby manatee swim up to our private beach. We watched the 4th of July fireworks from our balcony. Short distance to multiple fun places or stay on site because there's plenty to do!

Very quiet.

I just needed a place to stay when not working. Beautiful views, a little beach area, pool and so forth but not much to do without leaving the property. Very quiet, which worked for me.
