About this property

Tranquil covered deck with Gulf views, private pool and easy beach access.

This home is located on the Gulf Front road and offers easy access to the sugar white sands and emerald green waters.

The bedrooms are separated by the living space with two on each side of the house. The East side has two masters with private bathrooms and king beds. One of these is larger and also contains a Pottery Barn chair that is a twin sleeper. The other has ocean views and private access to the front porch.

The two west side rooms share a large Jack-n-Jill bathroom (pocket doors, double sinks, tub/shower combo). One room has a king bed and vanity area with views of the ocean and doors to the front porch. The other has custom bunks. One set is XL twins and other is regular twins. Each bunk has small storage shelves, private lighting, and outlets with USB plugs.

Three of the four bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TVs.

The vaulted ceilings and open plan of the living room-kitchen-dining room offer plenty of seating and eating options. A wall of windows provides ocean views from every point in this room - watching TV on the couch, pouring a glass of wine at the bar, or even washing dishes!

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter-tops, stand alone ice maker, Keurig and coffee maker, plus a very quite dishwasher. As you can guess there are plenty of wine glasses (even shatter proof ones for the pool area!)

The front of the home has a large shaded deck with partial views of the Gulf. The back has a shaded deck over looking the pool - with distant views of the bay. The backyard is fenced and the outdoor shower has both hot and cold water!

The home has high efficiency washer and dryer, lots of parking for multiple cars, your boat or a fun game of corn hole, and extremely easy and close access to the beach!

There is a gas grill for your catch of the day, and beach chairs and umbrellas for when your toes require the sand!

Excellent location!

The only reason for the four star is because of the king size bed in the master bedroom. It really needs to be replaced. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and enjoyable weekend.

The open concept living allowed us to keep eyes on 2 little boys and had plenty of seating for dining and lounging in the evenings. I have never seen so many dishes, glasses of all kinds, bowls and silverware at a vacation rental. The beds were comfortable and the location across from the beach was perfect. We were a little concerned about construction noise across the street, and there was very little. I would definitely stay ant this house again.

The pool is so nice to come back to after the beach, or while waiting out the afternoon showers. Kitchen always has everything we could ask for, and the pool closet has all you will need for the beach. The only thing I could suggest is giving a little TLC to the front porch deck. We love spending time out there but some of the nails are coming up so we made sure the kids were not barefoot while playing around. IT did not hinder our experience at all though. We had another great vacation.

The house was super clean & well taken care of. Location is beyond perfect. You have beach front view & walk without the price of the beach front homes. The pool is clean and tidy. The backyard is perfect. I will say, they are starting construction on a house across the street so that might add some noise and traffic to future guests while they build that home but the view will still be spectacular & the walk still just as easy. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I would like to see better cleaning standards (food under the couches), pool deck & front deck, both f wood nature, needs work to ensure no splinter/safety issues. Going barefoot is a major risk due to splintered wood. The rail on front porch is unsafe; can be moved & little kids could fall through & it is wobbly in many areas. I certainly would not lean on it. If the owner would spend a little money pressure cleaning the decks & concrete & throw a fresh coat of paint on the exterior doors & front deck, it would make a world of difference.

Great location, ocean view is limited but ocean breeze is amazing. Sitting on the front porch in the morning and afternoon does not disappoint. It will be nice when the house in front of the property is done. Workers during the day is a little uncomfortable. When it comes to the extras this place is great you really do not need to bring much. They have lots of umbrellas and chairs beach and pool toys and floats, nice grill and even an ice chest! The only complaints I have are related to the TV (internet had to be constantly reset to watch) this is was not altogether bad but we had toddlers that needed the entertainment. The AC was an issue- it would not cool below 74 degrees even at night which is tough when you are tired and sunburned. We were on the kids about opening and closing doors quickly and we kept the curtains drawn at all times but did not help much. It finally cooled off some after a day of rain. Other than that great place!!!

It is very convenient to the beach. Having the umbrellas to use as well as the chairs was a great plus. There are also swim inflatables and sand toys available. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. I will note that there are no staples provided. Please shop ahead of time (You will have to go back to Gulf Breeze for a good selection of groceries) and include salt/pepper, ketchup, mustard, flour, sugar, etc. There was only enough toilet paper supplied for 4 days and we needed to buy more paper towels, as well as trash bags, laundry detergent, and dw detergent. There is a new home being built across the street which will block the open view from the front porch, but a side view remains. Outside hot/cold shower very nice! Beds and furniture were comfortable. There is a great breeze from the front!

This place was awesome!

Perfect location; setup of the house was fantastic! The property managers were great. Couple of things that would have helped us was a more detailed list of what the property had; we brought a lot of stuff we didn't need to. We've stayed at "fully furnished" houses before and there was hardly anything there. This place is truly FULLY furnished! I even brought my Amazon Firestick and didn't need it. :) A heated pool would have been great, too. House was clean overall, but we did see a mouse in the kitchen the night before we left and had to kill a couple of pretty good sized bugs, but hey, it's Florida! Didn't ruin our trip at all. Highly recommend!

Great Getaway

Very nice location and beautiful home. Plenty of room and everything you need to cook or grill by the pool. Very short walk to the beach and perfect size pool to hangout at night and let the kids play. Will definitely rent again next year.
