I cannot say enough positive things about this experience! We got married on the beach directly out from the house the week after hurricane Isaias and Tom was absolutely fantastic about keeping me updated on the house and the availability of our stay! The house was exactly as pictured minus a few cosmetic dings from the storm (as to be expected) and exactly what we needed! Kitchen was even more spacious and open to the living/dining area than we expected! Very spacious, clean, plenty of amenities on site for communal use! Neighbors were fantastic as some of our group did have cancellations and the neighbors were so nice about helping us secure them a new spot! Perfect access to the beach! Large spacious rooms each with its own bathroom and plenty of garage space downstairs for gathering, games etc! Would recommend 10/10 100x over! Thanks again Tom!

This house checked all of the boxes for my family. We liked that all rooms were on the same floor and each bedroom had its own bathroom. Loved having two ovens (we utilized them both) and fully stocked kitchen. Outside had two seperate balconies to hang out and the pool got partial shade which kept the water from getting too warm. The teens played pool everyday. Easy walk to the beach.

Perfect vacation home for our family! Everyone had their own room with a bathroom. Easy access to the beach, great pool, and fun games like darts and pool table. The elevator and open floor plan made it wheelchair accessible for one of our family members. We would definitely recommend this stay!

Highly recommend this beautiful beach house! Nothing but good things to say about it. Large and comfortable spaces for our family. Plenty of room to be all together or to step away for quiet time. Everything we could want for fun at the beach was available for us to use, including 2 wagons to carry it for the short walk there! The outdoor pool was a welcome extra for, both, the kids and the adults. A really great experience! Thank you!

Close enough to the beach for a short walk with toddlers and wagons (which were provided by the owner). Loved being away from the crowds. 3 couples and 3 toddlers stayed with plenty of space. What we didn't like about it... nothing! It was perfect.

We had an amazing time - the location was perfect & the house had everything we needed and more! Lots of room and space for everyone to do their own thing - enjoy the beach, float in the heated pool, read a book on the deck or games of darts & pool. It was a once in a lifetime weekend with old friends, and the house was the icing on the cake. 10/10 recommend.

Tom was amazing from day 1 when we booked. House was perfect for our big family get together where everyone felt like they had space but also had a great common area/living room inside and multiple nice sitting areas outside. Clean and comfortable bedrooms with everything you need in the kitchen. We will definitely be returning.

Host was available (via text) for questions prior to arrival, communications were informative and timely. Location is great--close to beach, attractions, bike path, etc. Provided plenty of beach chairs and in good condition. Kitchen was well appointed, including two ovens and plenty of utensils.

Great beach house. The floor plan helped make the house seem bigger, it was very well stocked and had everything you need for the beach. The area was quiet and the elevator was a blessing as we had a family member who otherwise would have had trouble with the steps. Would stay there again!

Amazing property. Awesome location!

This house fit the needs of our family perfectly. Each of the four bedrooms has its own private bath and the heated pool was a treat for those of us who aren’t exactly beach people. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat! Would highly recommend!

Had a great stay

We enjoyed the property for many reasons. 1 minute walk to the beach, pool was great for the times we weren’t at the beach, clean, comfortable beds, garage parking. Tom was also easy to communicate with and quickly responded to a few simple questions. We would stay here again.
