Fantastic place to vacation!!

My family loved the outdoor hot tubs on cool nights with a full moon. The grounds are very well keep. Our condo was very nice & we plan to return!

Great place to stay

The condo was great. It was very spacious and pictures didn’t do it justice. The master suite was fantastic including separate shower and tub. We enjoyed all the amenities. Overall great place to stay. Would certainly stay there again.

Great Fun Stay

The Condo was very nice, clean and would stay again here. Rained first 2 days but still enjoyed the indoor pool with the kids. The outside pools and splash pad very nice. Really enjoyed our vacation.

Spring Break

Overall we had a very nice stay last week. It was a little cool for the beach at times, so the outdoor hot tubs were great. The condo itself worked great for my family of 5, it had everything we needed.

Great April Beach Trip

Fantastic beach pad with a great location. The unit was clean and spacious. We made the best of the cooler temps and double red flags by spending time in the indoor pool and hot tub. We cant wait to book again.

Must Go Back!

This property was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The view in each room was beautiful and even more of the beach and pool. Everything was great, only i forgot my hair dryer and thought there would be one, but its no big deal haha, it was a small woman issue. Overall, it was perfect.

Beautiful

This is our third time staying at Sea Chase. Everything in this condo was beautiful and perfect. I was pleasantly surprised to find There was a stack of books left on the coffee table. I managed to read 3 during our stay and left one of my own for the next person to enjoy. The washer was rather loud but it did the job. My son said it sounded like a plane taking off. Lol.. we would definitely stay here again!

Second time stay - Won't be our last

This is the second year we have returned to 905C Sea Chase and plan to return in the future. We love the layout and location of this property. Waking up to the sounds of the beach, the large balcony, spacious bedrooms and living space, and full kitchen make this perfect for our family. There were some concerns this year about the internet connection for the television that wasn't resolved, but we just played games and entertained ourselves otherwise. There was also an odd smell this year, which we shared with the property management company. I am certain they will address, as they are always quick to any concerns. Great place! We are already looking forward to next year.

905C

We love staying at SeaChase yearly. This was our first time staying in 905C and we have some complaints. Our dryer was broken so we were not able to wash clothes and beach towels. But property management was great about delivering clean bath towels daily. Guest bedroom and guest bathroom have door issues, don’t close and lock properly. And the elevators in the center tower went out one evening so we had to do 9 flights of stairs.

Weekend Getaway

The following statement has nothing to do with the unit we stayed in, but the facility. A remodel/update to downstairs reception/entrance would be a nice first impression to the building. The unit: Overall nice. Would stay in the unit again. It was clean. The furniture in good condition. The following statements are based on the fact that we have a rental unit and take these things into consideration for our guests: The bed pillows were hard. Would be nice if they had a variety - some soft and some firm. Each bathroom needs a hairdryer. The unit needs beach towels. We traveled via air and did not want to pack beach towels. It would be nice if the management company provided the unit with more than one dishwasher pod and one garbage bag especially for those who are there for just a long weekend.

Needs a little love

My only previous experience with a SeaChase condo was about 30 years ago, when they were the newest and nicest condos on the beach in OBA. Things have changed a lot since then, and I guess we’ve both let ourselves go a little bit. The condo appears nice when you walk in, with good light and a corner unit. The balcony is fairly small, but the view is great! The kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils, etc. the washer and dryer are loud, but very functional. Unfortunately, literally every bed in the condo is an old, lumpy mess. None of our party slept well, and we ended up sending one child to sleep with family in another condo. The advertisement “sleeps 8 comfortably” isn’t really accurate. The guest bed is a double that slept 2 small children. The pull out couch was a nightmare “like sleeping on a ziplock bag full of wires”, according to my daughter. The bathroom had a huge clump of hair in the shower when we checked in. The balcony door lock is either broken, or so heavily corroded that the only person in the room that could open it is a grown man who lifts 3 days a week…and that was with a ton of effort. Overall, the whole property gives the appearance of a condo that has seen better days. The beach wasn’t crowded at all, thanks to the large area of beachfront combined with fairly low density condos. The indoor pool was good; outdoor pools seemed clean and well maintained. The pool furniture was pretty dated and had several straps missing. Fobs were a pain!

It was okay

Great location and beach isn’t too crowded. The room was nice but dirty. First thing we done was had to sweep the floor. The guest bathrooms sing was stoped up and shower head leaks.
