This home was perfect in every respect. Its back yard is a largely private beach w lagoon where even a child can do simple snorkeling and see some amazing fish. A couple of gentle ducks visited us every day. Starfish point is just around the corner and is gorgeous. Chaters with Captain Eduardo were magical. His prices were very reasonable, knowledge of the area exceptional, and skill as a Captain for over 20 years made us feel totally safe even w a child. This amazing, gorgeous, home was immaculate, stocked, and the perfect home base for this excellent experience.

We stayed here over spring break and love it. The property was clean and had everything you could need. The location was great with the bay out the back and the ocean across the street. Could not have picked a better place to stay.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved this property! The location was perfect for us - away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown and 7MB, but close enough to visit when we wanted. We were minutes from the Bioluminescent Bay kayak tour and the Stingray Tour meeting points. We loved walking to Rum Point for snorkeling, food and drinks…and Kaibo Beach Club was also a very short drive away….walkable as well, but just far enough for us that we opted to drive instead. There were 4 beach towels provided…the pool was fantastic for cooling off! Know that there is limited snorkeling gear there, so if you plan to snorkel on your own be sure to bring your gear. Also, other than salt and pepper, there is nothing provided in the way of condiments or spices. You’ll also want to remember to pack some washing detergent if you don’t want to buy way more than you actually need while you’re there. The property manager was super easy to communicate with…always available when we had a question. Overall, just a great place to enjoy your vacation in Grand Cayman!!

Bioluminscent Bay is unbelieveably cool! Staying at this location, you can kayak and snorkel it every night just steps from your door. Place was clean and as advertised, had all the necesarry appliances and oil, vinegar and spices. Rooms were comfortable, AC units in both bedrooms that worked very well, plenty of towels and bedding. We didn't dig through the snorkel gear and such much since we brought our own, but it looked serviceable. Got wonderful massages in our condo using the owner's suggested company. We carried a kayak out to Rum point (rather than paddling around the peninsula from Bio Bay) and paddled out to Rum Point Coral Gardens and East down the coast a couple of times a day and there is good snorkeling. Lots of soft coral, which is very relaxing to watch it wave in the mild waves. We had one issue where the seats on both the tandem kayaks were broken, and the kayak we could fix leaked. After an unsatisfactory response from the manager we contacted the owner and she immediately had a rental sent directly to our place. A+ service and turned our holiday around! Would stay again!

Property is as advertised. Clean, stocked, and ready to rock. The location is the star though. Bioluminescent bay and pool right out the back door. Rum point across the street. Snorkeling was awesome! We snorkeled out by the dock and all the way out and around the point where all the artificial reef is. Turtles, rays, barracuda, parrot fish, puffer, starfish…. Chisholms grocery is just down the street and the grill options at rum point beach are awesome. Would definitely stay here again!
