  • Undeniable, a wonderful, peaceful piece of Heaven!

"Scott Crystal Blue’s house is more than one could expect or ask for; warm and very welcoming right from the gate and throughout the property. The exterior of the property was well groomed and the view was picturesque; as we spent a lot of time relaxing and taking in the view. The interior of the property is beautiful and beautifully decorated; we definitely utilized the kitchen which was well layout and met all of our needs. Undeniable... a wonderful, peaceful piece of heaven! Blue sky, warm sun, cooling breezes and a picture perfect ocean view, I would come back in a heartbeat and recommend Crystal Blue to others as a prim vacation location for large to medium size groups. My only subjection would be to include a tour package/transportation for those of us who like to be chauffeured around while exploring the Island. We were very fortunate to meet a wonderful tour company driver name Leonardo Henry; he was very knowledgeable of the Island and it's history. Leonardo introduced us to several local restaurants Vivian Kitchen, Over the Edge, Heritage Kitchen and Grand Old House Cayman, the food was fantastic service was great. We also went to the Local fish Market and he assisted us with selecting a local for the Island that was the fresh catch of the day; what a way to show absolute hospitality to fourteen ladies on the Island. Sincerely, L.P."

  • A super condo that has it all and made us feel at home. We totally recommend it to anybody!

"For our scuba diving vacation, we first decided on our dive company "Off The Wall". They referred us to this condo because the condo owners do their diving with OTW. We still did lots of research as to where to stay but inevitably chose this condo based on the great reviews and location. Getting our emails and questions answered in a very timely manner sealed our decision. There were 4 of us and this 2 bedroom condo was absolutely perfect. The highlights for us were the ease of use of the kitchen, having our own bathrooms which were off our individual bedrooms, and the wonderful balcony. Each bedroom had huge closets containing many hangers (loved that) for your clothes. The grounds were impeccable and we saw multiple maintenance folks attending to every detail of the grounds. Sitting on our balcony, we saw them cleaning the grills, the pool, and the grounds all the time. The condo is in a lovely quiet neighborhood located off the main road and we got to walk everywhere. The decision was made not to rent a car because we had read about the busses that travel up and down the main road. The bus situation was THE BEST we could have hoped for. They do indeed honk their horn at you if you are walking and will stop to pick you up and take you where you are going. The fare is about $2.50 each person no matter how far you are traveling. (we took a cab from the airport which was $18). All the locals on the bus would help you out with advice and there were super friendly. We felt totally at ease everywhere we went! Grand Cayman itself has lots to offer and the four of us went diving on 3 of our 7 days. Yes, there are a multitude of dive companies to pick from. We chose "Off The Wall" and we were very glad we did. They knew the island, they were super organized, and they did a wonderful job taking us to fantastic dive sites. However, they would NOT store our wetsuits and we had to bring them back everyday and dry them on the balcony on a rack we found in the closet. If you decide to visit "Stingray City" we recommend using "Captain Marvin's" to take your tour. The price was so reasonable, the bus that picks you up is great, and their boats are very nice. It IS a zoo at the actual ocean spot so no matter what tour boat you take, there will be a crowd. In summary, we thank the owners for allowing folks to rent their condo and we want you to know we enjoyed it immensely. It is truly represented here online accurately as a great condo!"

  • Wonderful 10th Stay on Grand Cayman

"This vacation was my families 10th stay on the GC from 7/23 - 7/30. We have two teenage girls who are 16 and 19 and we are all certified divers. We typically stay at the Westin (preferred) or the Marriott on points but the Westin is undergoing a renovation and we didn't want to to in the middle of that. I searched and searched for a an alternative option and came across Regal Beach Club. I read exhaustive reviews and we finally settled on Carol Sorensen's wonderful unit 522. The unit is a nicely updated 2 bed, 2 bath 2nd floor unit with ocean views with all of the amenities that you would ever need. Carol owns 5 units in total (l believe) on property and she was extremely responsive, informative and friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to rent from her again. We also loved all of her artwork with a beautiful island theme. Lastly, Jennifer who is the onsite property manager couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Do not hesitate to rent to rent Carol's wonderful units and next time we may splurge on her 3 bedroom ocean front penthouse!"

  • New, clean and modern

"Just spent a week at Villa Esprit. It is a new modern beachfront house. It was exactly as it was pictured. Everything was very clean and up to date. Kitchen was great and stocked with everything you would need to cook with. Easy to get to property. Not hard to find from airport. ( island is small enough that we did a couple day trips to seven mile beach since it was quite breezy when we arrived) Rum point is 10 mins away. (we went swimming and had lunch there a couple times) We mainly stayed at Villa Esprit since it has a pool, private beach and decent snorkeling in front of property (two of the days we were at the villa the wind was very light for that time of year so we were able to enjoy the snorkeling right in front of house with no one else in sight!!) The villa had plenty of bath and beach towels. Lots of pool and beach toys if you are traveling with children. Wifi was very good and reliable. Every room has a ceiling fan so if you don't want the AC on (which works great by the way). I would say the beds (for me) were a little firm as well were the pillows (I think that is just personal preference though) So if you are a fussy pillow person maybe bring one from home. Overall the property was amazing and user friendly! The property manager was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property if you want to stay on the north side of island!"
