  • Wonderful Condo

"We just returned from a week at Claudia's condo, this place is absolutely wonderful. The condo was perfectly clean and ready for us upon our arrival and this location can't be beat. Truly just steps away from both the pool and the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The unit is stocked with plenty of towels, sheets, beach towels, kitchen supplies, as well as beach toys and some games in case of rain! If you are traveling here during their winter, do not be discouraged if you find there is seaweed washed onto the beach, they do a fantastic job of cleaning this away so everyone can relax and enjoy the beautiful beach. Take advantage of the grills on site, we met some amazing people while grilling some dinners! Claudia is absolutely amazing, she is easy to work with and responds quickly to emails. She left some special information for us at the condo and even met with us while we were there. I can't stress enough how truly great she is. I would recommend staying here to anyone, we will definitely be back here, unless we purchase our own place on the island!"

  • A Taste of the Island

"It is a simple quaint little older beach house. We never met Rob or the house manager, but we were so prepared by the email information, that it felt like it was home to our group of 8, consisting of adult children and friends, from the get go. We had a wonderful time, lots of laughs, and great memories. The courtyard was truly delightful for sure. Sipping coffee and tea in the morning while looking at the sea and unwinding in the evening after a wonderful day of swimming and exploring with a cocktail. Our family had games in the studio and around the dinner table every night. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and snorkeling. Our main goal was to relax, swim, cook, and play board games together. We are a pedestrian family, so we did not rent a car. That said, we will rent the next time we come just so we can explore, at will, more of the island. Their is easy access to public transportation from the cottage. There are several restaurants within walking distance. If you want a quaint unique farm to table restaurant, my husband and I walked to Vivo on our way to the Cayman Turtle Farm. Amazing food and view. The Tiki House is right off an active road, so if occasional traffic noise bothers you, this might not be your place. The kitchen had everything to prepare and serve meals. The two bathrooms for eight people worked out well. They are dated but we all had hot water for our showers. There was plenty of seating for all of us inside and out. Some of the outside chairs need to be replaced as the salt air has worn the metal down on the legs. The birds and an occasional iguana were more than entertaining and delightful. One thing missing was a clothesline. We put a temporary one up along the back fence to hang our beach towels up. Because power is expensive and it is an island, we used the lovely gentle breeze in the evening to shake the sand out and dry the towels for the next day's use. It worked every day for us. If you must connect to the world, the wi-fi connection handled all of us. Having a keyless entry was nice too. No keys to loose. If you want a low keyed, chill vacation, where your main attire is a bathing suit, than this is the place. Open the windows and blinds and enjoy."

  • Nice property with lots of things there for kids and babies!

"We had a small problem when a pipe burst in the unit above but it was taken care of quickly. The unit is nice and so is the view. It had LOTS of stuff for infants and kids so consider asking about what you need (we didn't need a stroller)."

  • PC

"This is the perfect getaway. We spent a week with two other couples. There were 3 bedrooms with private baths for each. The condo was immaculate. It was very well stocked with whatever you needed. The Beach access was easy. The view couldn't be any better. We never felt crowded because of the spaciousness of the property. The balcony overlooks the pool as well as the beach. It was truly first class. We can't wait to go back."
