  • Does Not Get Better than Coconut Walk!!

    "Looking for white sand, sunshine, crystal clear blue water, swaying palm trees, and chandeliers? it doesn’t get any better than Coconut Walk! This breathtaking home sits on 7 Mile Beach beach and is privately nestled in beautiful tropical foliage. Upon entering the iron gates, the expansive property is revealed - a caretaker’s apartment, several bay garage, a child’s dream treehouse, a trellis covered parking area and an ornate fountain in front of the Mediterranean mansion. Everything is sparkling, from the marble floors and countertops to the new furnishings, grand piano, and huge tiled pool. The spectacular interior has soaring ceilings and balconies overlooking the great room, 7 bedrooms with a massive master bedroom suite, 6 bathrooms, and a gourmet kitchen. There is a large screen surround sound media den, huge laundry room, and game room. Outside is an attached beachfront veranda with majestic columns, a paddle fan and a large hanging candelabra. The home is filled with music inside and out with a Sonos sound system. Coconut Walk is ideally located on the beach near everything, walking distance to a nice grocery store, liquor store, the West End Café, Kimpton Resort, and several restaurants. It is a five minute drive to the Cayman turtle Farm, Hell and Tortuga Rum Cake Factory. Minutes away are several restaurants, including Decker’s, The Wharf, Pappagallos, and the Grand Old House. Shopping and dining at Camana Bay and Georgetown is an easy 15 minute drive. Our extended family of 12 enjoyed every minute of our holiday vacation at Coconut Walk where we spent many relaxing days snacking, sipping, and smiling. We cooked, huddled together watching football, battled on the billiard table, worked jigsaw puzzles on the veranda, and spent hours in the hammocks on the beach. We snorkeled with the abundant sea life of Marine Park that is directly in front of Coconut Walk and watched the sunset from paddleboards. Every one of us, ranging in age from 17 to 86, had a tremendous time and have wonderful memories of our days together at Coconut Walk. *Our special thanks to Jim Leavitt of Grand Cayman Villas and Condos for finding this property and providing every possible detail for a fantastic vacation. Jim is a pleasure to work with, as he is a consummate professional, who is both, knowledgeable and friendly. His plentiful communications were accurate and extremely helpful. Every aspect of the trip to the finest details were perfectly planned!"

  • Ideal for families

    "Great property at the very South end of 7 mile beach. I'm very glad we booked this condo instead of the Marriott which is about a 2 min walk away. The Marriott beach is very crowded and this one is not at all. This unit has one of the best views on the property, stone's throw to the beach. Amazing views. Great kitchen. Loved the water dispenser! Multiple good restaurants within walking distance. And a rental car office across the street. We have a 5, 12, and 15 yr old and they loved it. If you are there on New Year's Eve be ready for a wild night. Fireworks all night up and down the beach, beautiful but you won't get much sleep. Overall would definitely book again."

  • Great Location!

    "The condo was very close to the beach and the complex was close to a number of restaurants. We didn’t need a car. We had grocery deliver from Kirk’s Market which worked out well. There is also a small convenience store in the gas station across the road. We took the public buses often and they are very reliable. It is $5 for 2 people so good idea to bring $5 and $1’s. When needed we took taxis which are also reliable. The East End is not very accessible without a car but you may be able to take a tour or taxi there. The unit was clean and had plenty of towels. The kitchen had the dishes and cookware we needed. There is no dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer which was convenient. The TV gets a number of channels. There is a DVD player if you want to bring any. It was nice having the screened in patio and we had breakfast and lunch out there. We would see Iguana’s quite often. The beach has nice chairs and umbrellas all set up for you to use. Even though we were close to Royal Palms where the cruise ship people go, it was no problem since we had our own area. It was good having that nearby since they rent paddle boards, kayaks and jet skis. We brought our own snorkel gear but you can rent that also. There is good snorkeling right from the beach. A lot of people sit outside to watch the sunset every night. I only used the pool once and had it to myself. It was very nice and well kept. We walked to the Royal Palms on our first night for dinner and it was very nice. The other restaurants we liked best were Craft Bar(right across the road), Lobster Pot and Aqua. For activities, we did the Turtle Farm, Atlantis Submarine, Mangrove Kayak tour and Snuba. Jarrod was easy to work with and answered all my questions prior to booking and prior to arrival. We hope to come back and rent this unit in the future."
