Great winter sports nearby, and wonderful food and music right in Woodstock. The perfect getaway to explore our amazing Hudson Valley and Catskill mountains. Great view from queen size bed in bedroom!

Great location quite neighborhood. Love how private the suite was.

Great location made it very easy to go in and out of town. The suite was very private and spacious. Marsha was very pleasant and very responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing time in Woodstock, NY

It was great time for me and my husband. Marcia is very good host. Her response for any questions or needs has been quick and helpful. Location of the house is good: quiet neighborhood, close to the restaurants and to supermarket. Recommend to anyone!

Great stay

Marsha’s home away from home was just perfect for us! It was clean comfortable and cozy and we enjoyed 4 nights there. The location is just outside of Woodstock far enough to be away from noise but close enough to get there for dinner. She paid a lot of attention to detail.

A terrific time in Woodstock!

This was the perfect place to stay for our weekend in Woodstock. It is close to the village and very private. Our host was delightful and attentive to our needs. The special touches in the apartment did not go unnoticed, fresh flowers, terrific coffee, organic creamer, wonderful smelling soaps. The apartment was pristine. And the bed is extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

The house and property are lovely. It is so comfortable, clean and welcoming.

I was delighted to stay at Marsha's. The house was stocked with everything I needed, it was quiet, in a lovely area with a backyard, private but not secluded. It is 5 minutes from town yet you feel away from it all when you pull into her street. The house is so comfortable and decorated in a warm, uncluttered fashion. Marsha was so welcoming and often checked in on me by phone to see it had everything I wanted. I would certainly stay there again next time I visit and was delighted with my choice.

Cozy and Welcoming!

Marsha's place was great! It is a full apartment: kitchen, bedroom, full bathroom, living room. The rooms are all tastefully decorated with art and photography. Marsha greeted us warmly and left instructions for wifi, plus some of her local recommendations for restaurants, etc. She also left us a bottle of wine and a french press with coffee, which was great because we are French press people! The kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need to cook or eat. We made use of some of it but mostly we ate out, as there are some really good restaurants in the area. The separate entrance and driveway were very convenient and gave the space a more private feel. The living room furniture was super comfortable, which made it easy to relax after hiking and sightseeing. The bed was big and spacious, with a warm, weighted blanket. The house is basically about 5 minutes from downtown Woodstock, so it's easy to just zip out and zip back if needed. The entire place was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely stay here again!
