The apartment was exactly as described, and actually, it was larger than we had expected. Communication was great and we enjoyed meeting the owners who were just downstairs in the bookstore. We loved our two nights in Woodstock! Super comfortable and close to everything!

This sweet apartment was exactly what we needed and far more than we anticipated! The “vibe” of Woodstock, the town, is so historic, and we completely soaked it up — but, this apartment, nestled above the beautiful Mirabai bookstore with plenty of room, warm welcoming furnishings and even a small, private meditation room (!) took the spiritual calm and inspiration to a whole new level. So private, yet right downtown in the center of so much fun, so much authentic creative inspiration and access to restaurants, shops, parks, etc.. We loved it!

This was our second stay Above the Books. We highly recommend this Air B and B. It's very clean, relaxing, and comfortable. The location is terrific; you're in the heart of town and can walk to stores, cafes and restaurants. The surrounding area is also very fun to explore, especially if you're a hiker. Thank you Jeff and Audrey for another wonderful stay!

This is probably my favorite stay, ever. The place just felt like home, spacious and thoughtfully arranged. Right in the center of town but quiet at night, sitting on the deck in the morning was a treat.
