Free WiFi Internet Access. 125 Channel TV Package. Fully loaded Kitchen, Full Size Washer & Dryer. Bedrooms are arranged so that each has an attached full bath. King Bed in Master with 48" TV, King Bed in Guest Suite with 42" TV. There is a Queen Sofa Bed in Living Room. There is a 65" TV in the Living Room. Condo Sleeps a maximum of Six. Everything was as listed. Clean and spacious, beds were comfortable and the living area was perfect for watching the Dawgs first game of the season.

The place was better than expected! The condo was very clean and close to the beach! Mike was very efficient and attentive. The restaurant at the rest was the best.. a must try! The deck is the name of the restaurant. Looking forward to our next visit

Great condo and easy beach access!

Two adults and one 8 year old (but there was plenty of room for more people) - We stayed here for four nights. The condo was very clean and well stocked with essentials. There was easy access to the pools and The Deck restaurant and bar was great to have at our disposal. It is the easiest beach access we’ve ever had at Tybee and the beach area wasn’t overly crowded and had chair and umbrella rentals. The luggage carts and elevator were also very handy! The owner is super nice and called us personally after check-in to welcome us and see if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again and would actually prefer it to anywhere else we’ve stayed on Tybee!

Wonderful condo on Tybee

We stayed at Gulf Reef 636 during spring break. The location was great and our host Mike has thoughtfully equipped the condo with everything we needed to have a great stay. There were even beach chairs and some beach toys in the guest closet that we used. That was a great bonus since we were traveling with a three year old, a pre-teen and a teenager. The condo was super clean and well maintained. We have not been to Tybee in several years and were pleased to have a welcoming and nice place to stay. We all enjoyed the heated lap pool and the older kids played in the other pool as well. I would recommend this condo to anyone and hope to stay there again some time.

Fall Getaway

This condo was everything that was promised! Bright and roomy, well stocked and close to the beach. The elevator and luggage cart made it so easy to get everything from the car to the room. Mike did an excellent job of making check in easy and giving recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is the place to stay!

Mike’s condo was perfect for our stay. It has a view of the beach and was nice to sit on the balcony at night to relax. He has everything you need for vacation and very comfortable beds as well. It was the little things that you don’t think about that he supplied - toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, laundry detergent and even an ice pack for your cooler to name a few. We would definitely recommend his property for your next vacation. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home.

Mike’s restaurant recommendations were great! The beach was excellent and not a lot of walking.

Great place and location

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. The condo was clean, and updated with amenities. The location was close to everything that we needed. The check in email was thorough which made it easy to get settled in. Mike was nice and accommodating. I would rent this place again.

Terrific from beginning to end

From the pre-trip communication from the owner clarifying in detail all the information we would need, providing all the materials necessary, and even giving us helpful insider tips; to the ease of access, cheery cleanliness, nice balcony, great pools, convenient ocean access, and much more - all at a very reasonable price - we would highly recommend this rental. We had a relaxing, carefree and very enjoyable week there!

Great location & condo

Check in was easy. Condo was located right on the beach & had a great pool! The condo was perfectly suited for our group of 6. The attached restaurant, The Deck, also had fantastic cocktails.

Amazing Getaway

This was the biggest relief! Our first time booking with Vrbo and Mike was amazing! From explaining the condo and amenities as well as the surrounding area. We had a Great time! Love that the beach is relaxing an you don’t have to run out at 6 am to claim your spot. The pool was beautiful and perfect for our daughter! The balcony was nice and enjoyed sitting outside playing cards. Definitely would recommend!

A nice retreat.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well kept. A short walk to the beach and I LOVED sitting on the balcony while I read in the evenings. We’ll definitely be back.

Good Visit to Savannah Area

Good clean condo. Well equipped. Good location on Tybee Island. Short distance to Savannah where we spent most of our days. Great beach at Tybee but were not able to enjoy because of weather. Mike made sure we had everything we needed while we were there. We would stay there again.

Perfect location and amazing space

The beach is literally a minute walk out of the parking lot! The condo was spacious and fit my six person family well. The amenities to include a jacuzzi tub were top notch. When we visit Tybee again I will definitely check for this properties availability first.
