(Winter Renters - Full Sun on Balcony Most Days), Ocean View, Elevator and two Covered Parking Spaces under building, Two Brand NEW Pools; one Zero-Entry, one Heated Lap Pool, Gas Grills and Oceanside Restaurant and Bar on property.


Free WiFi Internet Access. 125 Channel TV Package. Fully loaded Kitchen, Full Size Washer & Dryer. Bedrooms are arranged so that each has an attached full bath. King Bed in Master with 48" TV, King Bed in Guest Suite with 42" TV. There is a Queen Sofa Bed in Living Room. There is a 65" TV in the Living Room. Condo Sleeps a maximum of Six. Luxury linens; 500 count sheets and plush towels.

Great Beach Week

Top notes on the week: Easy Check in with Mike, the beach is close and easy access. Loved the pools and the bar/restaurant on site was good food and convenient. Nice grilling area and playground across the street. Condo is big, bright, and has just about everything you might need. We walked to everything. Trip to the lighthouse and museum and took some great photos. No downside to report. Thanks for a great stay!

Great time in Tybee.

Great place to stay, nicely decorated and comfortable. Approx. 100 steps to the beach and everything is close by. Love all the shops to visit and the lighthouse is a must see. Looking forward to staying again!

Great place on the island!

A wonderful place to stay in Tybee Island!A very close walk to the beach, with a view of the ocean, great set up inside , with fully stocked kitchen equipment which allows you to cook in if you want. We did for a meal and sitting outside to eat was relaxing. My 84 yr old mother-in-law also loved sitting outside to look for Dolphins…If you eat out.. I would highly recommend eating at the Deck and getting the Deck burger.. it was big but it had a delicious taste. The key lime margarita was yummy too.We would definitely stay here again.. Mike was a communicative and a very pleasant hostThank you Mike and Sally for allowing us to share your space!

The condo we rented was beautiful with everything we needed. The owner was extremely helpful prior and during our stay. He shared many places to visit and to eat while we were there. Girls Trip Granddaughters Adventure

We had great weather. The condo was clean and had ample equipped kitchen for 4 teenage girls and two grandmothers! The owner Mike was very gracious and checked in with us. Our only complaint was the three remotes for the TV in the main room. On our last day the teenagers were finally able to figure them out and we watched a movie. Maybe labels would help. Will visit again
