This modern architectural home encompasses beautiful views of nature and yet sits right beside Topanga State Park for fabulous walking. Once inside the fenced yard, you feel you are by yourself in a zen-like landscape. It boasts an open floor plan on the main level with stunning mahogany staircase and artistic details. You'll have three bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs with an additional daybed and balcony in the master bedroom. The porch with expansive view is great for entertaining, dinners or meditation. This family home is close to the beach, Santa Monica, Malibu and Woodland Hills. You’ll love our home because of the high ceilings, location, views, the intimate neighborhood, and the ambiance. This home is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers or a family. We have a small apt that is downstairs that we sometime stay in, but it is separate entrance.

We are artists who love nature. I am a music producer/ writer, my wife is a Choreographer and Dancer. We have been living in Topanga since 1997 and married for 27 years. We have two children who we love and adore.
Why they chose this property
This is our home in Topanga but we do travel. We have a small apt that is downstairs that we sometime stay in, but it is separate entrance.
What makes this property unique
Hiking through the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains is what attracted us to this place. And Topanga has a really small town feel, with country coffee shops and stores but we are 20 mins from the best city in the world- Los Angeles with MOCA the Getty and many more museums and cultural events very very close.
