It is so tranquil, nestled in the Santa Monica mountains, surrounded by nature but close to beaches and Los Angeles attractions, close to shops and restaurants but tucked away, out of sight, privacy and peace, except for the coyotes and owls at night. perfect for families and friends get togethers with outside dining, barbecue, hot tub, huge deck all with mountain views, well equipped kitchen for fine dining, and ping pong, foozball when you can't make it to the beach or the endless hikes in Topanga State park close to the house. Inside and out is space and light, with a pot belly stove for wood burning fire on chilly winter nights. Fresh eggs from out chickens when the laying is good.
