2 pools, hot tub, gym, tiki bar, pool room and tennis courts are all available to the guests.

I will be available prior to and through the stay via phone or email. Also, we have an assigned resource locally to answer questions if needed or to handle issues needing a local presence.

This condo offers tile floors, along with plenty of decorations like tasteful paintings and metal artwork. Despite the wide variety of amenities available, this home feels nice and welcoming - especially the soft sofa and armchairs of the living room! The place was beautiful and clean. Although it's not an ocean front view, you still have a pretty view of the beach from the bedroom, balcony, and living room. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and when we come back, we will definitely book this condo again. The owners are nice and they respond quickly.

Wonderful condo for our vacation

The condo was spacious with plenty of room for our group of 7. We saw dolphins each morning and again one afternoon. From the balcony we saw beautiful sunsets, fireworks one evening and a beautiful light show of a distant storm the next. The condo has everything you need for preparing meals. The location near the elevator is a bonus! This was our first stay at Regency Towers and we will definitely be back to enjoy another stay in this condo!

Everything about this unit was perfect. Remodel on this unit spared no expense. Looks like Flip or Flop. Unsure of what it looked like before, but now its a beautiful place. 4 guys on a golf trip and this unit was more than enough room. Very spacious unit. Tiki bar at pool was a plus. Pricing was really a shock because items there were what you would see outside of the hotel setting. Even though unit is not squarely beach, the balcony allows you to see a lot of the beach. The pictures on this unit site are spot on. Looking forward to staying here again next year and possibly taking the family before school starts next year as well. As easy of an owner as I have ever worked with. Very prompt in returning my emails prior to going and is very accommodating.

Beautifully decorated, furnished and organized condo located on the beach.

We loved our stay at this 3 bedroom condo at Regency Towers. It was the most beautiful condo I have ever stayed in. The furnishings, appliances and everything were brand new and so tastefully done. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was a great gathering place for our family during our vacation in Panama City Beach. Even though this room is on the side of the condo, it still has a wonderful view of the beach, and the benefit of having an updated and clean room outweighed having a front facing condo! The other great thing about the "side" condo is that it is much more roomy than the front rooms. My 5 kids had plenty of space to spread out and play in our condo. It was great that this room is so close to the elevator and is an easy walk to both the pool and the beach! The owner was excellent about responding to my messages and quickly taking care of any small issues that we had in the condo. The pool at the Regency was nice and warm, our kids and I all enjoyed the swimming. The beach was also beautiful in front of the condo. If you are considering staying at the Regency, THIS room is the one to get. (Unless it is during the next time that I want to stay there...because I will be sure to rent this room again!) We will be back!

Beautiful condo but it was hot, hot, hot

The condo was beautiful and everything was ok except for TV in spare bedroom (which we never could use) and the A/C unit which we dealt with ALL week. The temp in the condo stayed around 77 continually eventhough it was set to 69. I notified the owner and he was very nice and concerned and stayed in touch all week. He ended up having the unit replaced on Thursday of that week. With that said, practically our whole week was consumed with dealing with the A/C. The install took almost 8 hours out of our 2cd to last day. While the owner was super nice about it, you would think he would have offered some sort of money back off of our stay for everything we went through but instead we were offered food at Bikini Bob's. We did not take him up on that because he did not tell us an amount to spend and didn't feel right. Believe me, I would love to have given a better rating, but their is nothing worse than being HOT!

Had one broken handle on the sliding door in master bedroom to the patio but that is nothing but a simple replacement to be made im sure. There was 2 accesses to the patio. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Weather was HOT and sunny every day. We expected a crowd since it was 4th of July week, and we were right! Beach was a little crowded and tents were up by 6:00 each morning! So get out to beach early if you want to be front row! Condo was very nice. Comfortable beds, great kitchen and eating area. Perfect for game/card playing at night. We could’ve used a 3rd bathroom but we knew that going in. A couple minor problems in the condo that were addressed quickly and remedied. Grilling areas were nice, but again busy. Usually had to wait to get a grill. Parking was at a premium!! Even the overflow lot was full. Expect to wait for elevator especially being on 10th floor. None of those drawbacks outweigh the beauty of the view you have from the condo. Perfect to see the firework displays along the coast. Overall a very nice place!! Thanks!

Wonderful time at the beach

We loved our stay at this condo, "A Shore Thing." The decor of the unit was fresh, up-to-date, and perfect for the location. The bedrooms were well-appointed and comfortable, and the newer washer and dryer were convenient to have. Even though our unit's balcony faced down the beach rather than straight out at the ocean, we had an excellent view of the water. The owner was informative and responded quickly to our questions. Another plus for us was that this unit is close to the elevator, so getting down to the beach was quick and easy. Speaking of the beach, it is beautiful! White sugar sand and lots of shells. It was a little crowded at times and we had to move to the edge of the property's beach, but it wasn't too bad. We visited friends staying in another condo on Panama City Beach and their beach was very noisy, with no shells and a bigger crowd. While their pool and beach areas were a little swankier, they didn't have a place like Bikini Bob's to purchase reasonably-priced snacks and drinks, so this made us even happier with where we stayed. I highly recommend a stay in this unit.

Good Experience

We have family members who own and rent often in Regency Towers. I've seen many units through the years. This particular condo is very nicely renovated. Being one of the side units, as all three bedrooms are, it has pros and cons. There is not a full east-west view of the beach. However, there is a good western view of the beach and it's location in the corner of the wing means that it has the MOST square footage of all the 3 bedrooms on that floor. Like all VRBO rentals, there's always the thought of well I'd do this or that, but all in all it was a very nice setup. Mr. Jackson was also very responsive and helped me to arrange an extra night. I was appreciative for his flexibility and willingness to help.

This condo is exactly like it's shown on the property info and pictures. It was very spacious and comfortable. The condo is very clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was there. The pools were great and Bikini Bobs, the bar/restaurant at the pool, was wonderful. This is not an oceanfront condo... it's an ocean view, but the view is beautiful. The balcony needs a little update as far as the carpet goes, but it's very nice to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. The only thing I wish they'd had was a Keurig coffee pot, but that's just a personal preference. This was a great place to stay!

Beautiful Condo!

This place is really beautiful and has plenty of room for our family of 6. Terrific view form the balcony. We also loved bikini bobs tiki bar!! We tried so many things from the menu and enjoyed them all. It rained a day or so on our trip but we got to enjoy the indoor hot tub on those days. The beach was not crowded AT ALL which was really nice. Would stay again.
